Let me start by saying this - I have never been to Burma or had Burmese food before. But based on my previous experiences with other South East Asian cuisines, and after factoring in the taste and portion of the dishes, I would say that overall I found the food overpriced and slightly underwhelming. The bill came to around $1300 for two persons including two cocktails (or $650 per person). While not outrageously expensive, the portions were definitely on the smaller side - I felt like we left without really having a proper dinner. Just doesn't feel quite right for the price we paid. I must say though, the service was fantastic throughout. Maybe worth a try once - but only at lunchtime if they have lunch sets? Hard to recommend paying the a la carte prices for dinner.
