I do like the environment of the restaurant, so classic and comsy, you seem dinning outsides Hong Kong, like eating in European restaurant. But it’s a bit strange that the paintings here are too contemporary and modern, seem not so matching with whole environment here haaaa, but I do still like dining in this lovely roomOyster platter are pretty cool, you can get three oyster from the set, the oysters are fresh. 嘩好耐都冇同Honey嚟過尖沙咀朗廷酒店嘅Bostonian食生蠔，所以走嚟懷舊吓闊別多年以經冇咗畫紙係枱面俾客人畫圖畫啦!記得已前我都曾經有過一幅作品放係牆上面lu,而家嘅裝修就好似藝術博物館咁，依家牆上面掛上好多現代藝術家嘅油畫，好當接待員送我們到卡座之後，我們就點了枝still mineral water之後,就走咗出去open kitchen到點生蠔，因為有太多種類嘅生蠔嘅關係都唔知點選擇，跟住有個叫Edmond嘅生蠔師父同我地講解，經過佢耐心解釋之後，我地order咗一打生蠔有2隻virginica：2隻scottish rock: 2隻la perle blanche: 2隻gillardeau: 2隻saint michel: 2隻coffin bay, 跟住返到卡座我Honey再點了一枝澳洲嘅Sauvignon Blanc,然後今晚招呼我地嘅server叫 Brendan 佢好殷勤同好佯細地講解個menu俾我地聽,最後我Honey點咗份crab cake做頭盤，第二到菜就點了一份lobster bisque同一份clam chowder,到main course 就or
