𝑭𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒅 𝒐𝒖𝒕 Vive Café, a cute, cosy daytime dining venue on Gough Street opened by the famous Vive Cake Boutique! Their all-day café menu serves up a range of breakfast classics, large hearty plates, small snacks as well as some of their signature cake slices and desserts 🍰☕️ Pic 1️⃣: 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐟 𝐓𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐨 - $178 hkd 🐄 🥪 — A nicely plated dish with a good visual wow-factor to it. The intense red colour comes from the beetroot coleslaw which had a good crunch to it and a good balance of acidity. T

— A nicely plated dish with a good visual wow-factor to it. The intense red colour comes from the beetroot coleslaw which had a good crunch to it and a good balance of acidity. The confit beef tongue was so tender and juicy, and went so well with the caramelised onions and mustard. Bread was nicely toasted and this was an all-round good sandwich.

— A very unique tiramisu that I recommend pistachio lovers to try out! Apart from how beautiful this looks, this also tasted great! Ground pistachios are folded into this smooth mascarpone cream which is sandwiched between their homemade ladyfingers soaked in their delicious house-blend coffee. Personally thought that these could’ve been a bit more moist, as some parts of the ladyfinger were still quite crunchy. The flavours are very well balanced, with the earthy flavours of the pistachio going perfectly with the richness in the mascarpone.

— A very classic all-day breakfast plate. Scrambled eggs were creamy but slightly under-seasoned. The cherry tomatoes and mushrooms were nicely cooked and seasoned. The hash brown waffle was pretty unique and had a nice spicy kick to it, but again, could’ve done with a bit more salt. The avocado was way too raw though.

— This drink had the word drink “Rich” in it so I had high expectations 😂 and I’m really glad it delivered! The chocolate flavour was insanely rich and decadent without being overly sweet. The drink was smooth, with a sweet, fruity aftertaste to it, making it super easy to drink.
📍Ambiance: Their outside seating space is a lot more spacious and cute, but the summer heat makes it impossible to sit out 😂 whereas the inside seating is a lot more cramped
