約左一個朋友食飯，佢一向都有個list收藏起想去嘅餐廳，就跟佢提議嚟西環食dinner喇我朋友好堅持由佢負責訂位，當時我都不疑有他。西環呢頭嘅餐廳都好有格調，訂左六點，餐廳都未開始多人，內在環境令人好放鬆，朋友終於到喇，main有兩個選擇係pork同beef，唔洗頭痛我一定揀牛啦然後叫左個risotto ，朋友就叫定甜品，佢話好靚喎，佢一向都係相機食先嘅人，當時我都無懷疑。首先係Abalone risotto，味道一流，而且濕度剛剛好，我對risotto都好有要求😎鮑魚彈牙最期待就係食牛扒，雖然份量偏細，但係韓牛質地好鮮嫩，本身都好juicy ，加埋旁邊個汁，好夾。我地每人叫左一杯mocktail，我呢杯係Popcorn cooler主要係柚子味，但係後味有d似咖啡咁澀。然後waiter上埋甜品，我見到枝蠟燭同個牌都未get到😂以為送錯枱，望真d先發現係自己個名😂太早預祝所以完全估唔到😂感到好驚喜影完相waiter就係爆谷上灑鹽，無幾耐就開始溶，加左鹽後，鹹鹹甜甜食到停唔到，如果爆谷係脆嘅就好喇
