Review : Not a fan of shrimp paste (ebi), but Ichigen succeed in making unique shrimp broth for their ramen 🥰 If you are bored with those pork/chicken broth ramen, try and taste this unique shrimp broth ramen! 😍 I like the dry ramen more because I am not a fan of the shrimp broth (too strong for my liking 😆) and the dry ramen taste great too with light shrimp taste! 😙

I had ordered the signature ebisoba with soya soup base and thick noodles ! The soup base had a strong ebi aroma, if you don’t like that seafood smell this is most likely not your type of ramen ! The ramen comes with two pieces of pork and half semi cooked egg !

I personally love thick noodles, yes I like the texture of the noodle ! It was chewy and the thickness of the noodle balanced off the flavorful soup base !
