Tai Ping Koon Restaurant (“TPK Café”) was a famous Hong Kong-style Western cuisine. I would say it represents Hong Kong first generation of “fusion food”. It is famous with its Swiss sauce chicken wings and the big Soufflé. Two days ahead of the Chinese New Year, it’s time to celebrate with teammate and wish all the best for the coming year!We had reserved the table and got there at around 1pm. We had reserved the table and got there at around 1pm. The restaurant was full and need to wait downstairs for walk-in. With the soft lights and wide tables and chairs, the environment was warm and comfortable. For me, the first impression of TPK Café was very similar with another restaurant called Loyal Dining來佬餐廳 in Central, which is much more expensive.

It was $12X per head which I considered was a “cheaper than reasonable price”. I will highly recommend all Central workers to try and feel the Hong Kong Styled food. Just like the words hanging over in the restaurant: 樂饗太平Enjoy tasty food with peaceful joy.
