As a big fan of curry (I love all sorts of curry- be it Japanese, Indian, Thai or Malay-style!), I bought this can of curry, which is a brand-new curry sauce made in Hong Kong!-My mom cooked it with potato and beef fillets. It’s simple. First boil and soften the potatoes. Also marinate the beef fillets with soy sauce, sugar and corn powder. Then here comes the curry sauce! You can stir fry everything in the wok!-The curry sauce is more like Chinese or Cantonese-style. It’s produced from a plethora of ingredients, ranging from shallots, garlic, green curry paste, shrimp paste, cumin, cinnamon etc. The potatoes and beef fillets nicely coated with curry sauce are such flavour-packed treats!
