Was spending the day at Ocean Park and craved something cold and sweet so we decided to try out the Princess Dragon Bowl from Princess Kitchen. It was a hot day so the smoothie bowl really cooled us down. It was 45HKD for a regular-sized bowl and 55HKD for a big-sized bowl. It comes with a generous amount of fruits and toppings, and I personally think that just having one regular-sized bowl is filling enough for a light lunch already. However, we also ordered the curry beef brisket rice (45HKD including a drink) and the salmon avocado toast (20HKD). The potatoes in the curry rice were slightly undercooked but the overall flavour was good. The salmon avocado toast came with a generous portion of avocado. Overall, I would really recommend this food truck because it has healthy and light options, as well as more filling options like the rice bowls. It is not always in Ocean Park and goes to several different locations. The schedule can be found on their website (https://www.princesskitchenhk.com/schedule). The Princess Dragon Bowl is a must-try!

公主廚房今日來到科學園, 今日想輕食~! 叫了一個牛油果吐司配火龍果沙冰。我本以為沙冰應該是飲品, 估不到它用dessert方式上, 顏色好吸引~! 而且, 冰既比例不多, 反而果蓉佔了一半以上, 真才實料! 初嚐第一口, 原來沙冰拌了香蕉蓉和火龍果一同打碎, 之後一粒粒火龍果黑籽在口內爆開, 慢慢浸出火龍果清新的味道。 沙冰上灑了椰絲, 薄荷葉和杞子, 很有心思。真是一杯令人賞心悅目的消暑甜品~! 如果見到公主廚房美食車, 不防一試!!!

幫襯公主廚房、已經係五月份嘅事、當時佢係中環海濱嘅摩天輪旁邊..落咗船後、遠遠望過去已經見到美食車車身嘅圖案好吸引、上面有好多個唔同顏色嘅公主、相信係老闆自己嘅作品..之前有聽朋友講過佢有一個顏色好sharp嘅《火龍果冰》、終於有機會試吓！！ 原來除咗火龍果冰仲有燕麥、香蕉、士多啤梨、椰子片...食落去嘅感覺好Fresh好special !! 當日佢哋仲有一個好特別嘅活動、就係收入會全數捐給一個叫智行基金會嘅慈善團體！又可以幫人又可以試到新野食！如果大家下次遇到佢哋、真係要試一試！！

在「香港龍舟嘉年華」的活動中光顧此輛美食車看到有4款不同的吐司, 好像挺吸引於是選了巴馬火腿吐司！巴馬火腿吐司, 雖然名叫吐司, 但完全沒有吐司的鬆脆口感巴馬火腿超薄, 色澤亦一般薄都不是一個大問題最嚴重的問題是完全欠缺火腿應有的鹹香, 騷香味！！！雖然火腿上有一些醬汁..莫說為火腿調一調味...連醬汁本身的味道亦偏淡...份量不多的一片吐司..兩三口就能吃完單價就售$24CP值超低！！雖然這款吐司不是公主廚房的主打菜式但既然要經營, 就應該做好每一款菜式才推出啊！
