Was spending the day at Ocean Park and craved something cold and sweet so we decided to try out the Princess Dragon Bowl from Princess Kitchen. It was a hot day so the smoothie bowl really cooled us down. It was 45HKD for a regular-sized bowl and 55HKD for a big-sized bowl. It comes with a generous amount of fruits and toppings, and I personally think that just having one regular-sized bowl is filling enough for a light lunch already. However, we also ordered the curry beef brisket rice (45HKD including a drink) and the salmon avocado toast (20HKD). The potatoes in the curry rice were slightly undercooked but the overall flavour was good. The salmon avocado toast came with a generous portion of avocado.
Overall, I would really recommend this food truck because it has healthy and light options, as well as more filling options like the rice bowls. It is not always in Ocean Park and goes to several different locations. The schedule can be found on their website (https://www.princesskitchenhk.com/schedule). The Princess Dragon Bowl is a must-try!
