和朋友已吃了很飽足的late-lunch, 晚飯沒預先訂地方也不想勉強吃太多, 便來了千両。星期四的晚上, 十來個號碼也等了超過半小時。手肘碰手肘已是預料之內。除此以外,一切還好,店面、食器俱新,下單的食物上菜速度也算快,店員不多但還反應算快且友善,而且對餐牌熟悉, 服務不錯。食物整體感覺是全部似是養殖魚,沒魚鮮味但也沒腥味,中規中矩,可以接受亦沒有驚喜左口魚緣側-口感不錯,可惜不夠肥美,咬下去沒甚油脂和魚香甘蝦壽司-比香港一般甘蝦為大,賣相肥美,但不算甜油甘魚刺身-每片切得夠厚,有咬頭軟殼蟹手卷-賣相一流,上碟時也算溫熱,味道不俗。不過為賣相而把蟹頭伸出手卷之外,末段卻吃不到蟹,有點本末倒置

帶個女去行街, 累了就來這裡是個午餐, 人流非常多也有藝人經過, 等了一陣終於可以入去.先點了紫蘇卷清下個口, 紫菜脆紫蘇同梅子微酸清涼的很清新, 食完感覺好舒服.然後食了燒左口魚, 非常多油, 油很甘甜回味無窮, 結果點多一份再食.鱈魚肝味道非常濃郁, 份量也多. 蟹膏甜蝦味道鮮甜, 蟹膏鮮甜蝦甜.軟殼蟹手卷, 蟹與紫菜很脆, 蟹肉多汁鮮甜. 枝豆甜甜的好開胃, 小妹妹食了很多沙丁魚乾同雞泡魚乾味道接近, 不過沙丁魚肉比較厚而且皮比較脆, 很美味的下酒菜.

沙丁魚乾同雞泡魚乾味道接近, 不過沙丁魚肉比較厚而且皮比較脆, 很美味的下酒菜.

I should mention that I don't really like HK's style Kaiten sushi,such as Itacho, Genki even though their price is cheap, but the food is always below average. Today, we wanted to go REI in IFC, as my bf have something business meeting there in this afternoon. Unfortunately, they're not opened when we arrived at IFC.. Fine, we changed to go 千両, guessed they are upgraded Genki, it should be better. My wrong.Ordered a deluxe sushi combo, 6 pcs of Eel sushi and a glass of Lime soda. Sushi combo

Sushi combo is just average, all fishes are not fresh enough, and a bit dry. The scallop sushi were unpleasantly mushy and lack of sweetness too.
Both of salmon roe And seaweed is tasteless. The shrimp sushi is better but still not good enough. RIce doesn't enough vinegar and too loose.

Eel Sushi is the better than others, but the sauce is separated pack, don't think this is a good presentation and Eco friendly as well.

No10% service charges as you need to settle the bill on cashier outside. I don't mind do it outside in normal. but today I had too much bags on hand and I should take all things to out and pay... It sucks.

Even though there are lots of small Japanese eateries that have opened up serving fresh sushi and sashimi, sometimes I just want something quick (eating time not waiting time) and reliable to soothe my sushi craving. Sen-ryo ticks the boxes on all accounts and I must say I have never had a bad experience there as of yet.There are quite a few branches of Sen-ryo, but I tend to frequent the one up at IFC most. At peak hours, be prepared to wait for at least 45mins to an hour, but hey you are in IF

Even though there are lots of small Japanese eateries that have opened up serving fresh sushi and sashimi, sometimes I just want something quick (eating time not waiting time) and reliable to soothe my sushi craving. There are quite a few branches of Sen-ryo, but I tend to frequent the one up at IFC most. At peak hours, be prepared to wait for at least 45mins to an hour, but hey you are in IFC, so take a number and go shopping, they will give you a call when there are 10 tables ahead of you.

Once seated, whisk your own green tea from the powder provided and with the hot water tap right in front of you, there is no need to worry that your tea cup will be empty.

You can opt to pick from the dishes circling around the sushi train or place your order with the server. Generally most people seem to order from the menu even though the same items are passing by on the train as it seems that you will be getting fresher items, I do not know if that is necessarily true, but I think it is a psychological thing (yes I admit I do it too).

Sushi time~

Oyster sushi- this was Mr. C's and it looked so good. Big and plump, Mr. C said it was very sweet and fresh.

Jumbo scallop sushi- Mr. C's favourite, so meaty, its like the equivalent of two normal-sized scallops.

Sweet egg sushi- a thick slice of multi-layered sweet egg with a belly full of rice. I love this as the egg is subtly sweet with a whisper of flavour from the use of mirin.

Prime fatty tuna sushi- blushing pink, this did not melt in the mouth as I was expecting it too, but it was still enjoyable.

Fresh octopus sushi- this was seasonal, and Mr. C explained that this was sliced while the octopus was still alive as you could see it was uneven and wrinkly in areas. This was more tender than the normal octopus sushi.

Tofu in sesame sauce- lightly chilled, the tofu was delicately soft and the accompanying sesame sauce was lovely and creamy.

Miso soup- I really like the miso soup at sen-ryo even though I am sure it must be packaged. There is an abundance of seaweed, little mushrooms and tofu cubes inside and the best thing is it seems to have minimal MSG as I do not feel thirsty afterwards.

話說見到隔離位set combo 有呢幾件「物體」,望落紅紅地色似係紅肉,估計係牛肉。再打開 menu 翻查,原來是魚類 - 鰹魚! 被佢既特別外表吸引一試。魚肉好鮮味唔會腥,掂,下之再黎一定會encore。

1 x 三文魚刺身 - 一般
2 x 日式炖蛋 - 夠滑仲有隻大蝦
1 x 芝麻豆腐 - 炖蛋滑過d豆腐, 芝麻汁ok
1 x 厚燒甜蛋 - 冇其他地方咁甜, 我鍾意
1 x 三文魚子 (軍艦) - 還可以,低,同 筋子一樣價錢
1 x 柚子胡椒鯛魚 - 應該ok, 朋友冇投訴
1 x 牛蒡薄脆 - 夠脆, 可口
2 x 綠茶雪糕糯米糍 - 雪糕綠茶好味,塊糯米好軟,正

是日晚上去完山頂,剛巧在IFC下車,未食晚餐我與朋友想在IFC搵食,其實大部份都差不多收工,所以揀了千両食壽司,上到去已差外多十點三,但仍然見到人等位,實在是人氣店!看看營業時間至十一時,問左staff,last order係十點九,所以十點半到入座,拿拿林剔剔揀揀order,而壽司亦都很快到,快到唔代表求其,每件壽司都做到靚靚仔仔,魚亦都很新鮮,所以快食到十一點二就要埋單走人了!

一講起日本菜....我第一時間就會想起這間...因為它的價錢不算得上太貴...加上食物真係不錯....所以我成日都想去這裡食....但因成日都去食....所以那些店員已經認得我...知我想食什麼啦....我會推介三文魚腩刺身入口即溶肥美非常呀!!!!另外我亦都會推介限定時令的北寄貝刺身新鮮得黎...你還可以嘗出海水味呀....其他的sushi....我都好難每一樣的去介紹....因為一介紹...又令我好想再去食......不過真係不錯的sushi店呀....不過..... 講起等位囉....就真係會令各人頭痛....平時還好...六點去到還會有位....七點開始...就有難度啦...但係如果係星期五至日....五點三十分到...都已經有些難度....六點去到...十次有八次都要開始等位啦.....所以...如果真係要去食....就真係要有些準備.....計好時間去搵位啦.....

IFC真係無乜野岩我地呢啲拖住細的又平民食去到IFC無奶油又係食M記想去星巴克又坐左大量大陸人唔願走就走上上面千両e~原來係元氣壽司集團..咁我地就叫佢元氣壽司升級版當然呢間元氣壽司升級版無論裝修食物都無咁平民化食左三百蚊唔知點解亦無問點解送左張食滿五百蚊送五十蚊coupon..

某周日又去了國金商場一趟, 走累了只是想求其吃點東西, 處處都擠個水洩不通, 走到上頂樓應該不會那麼多人吧。等了十分鐘左右才有位, 坐了在壽司吧。老實說也懶得想吃什麼, 迴轉帶上有什麼便吃吧。鰝鯵 ($40) 應是時令的魚, 口味淡淡的相當清新; 牡丹蝦 ($30) 大大隻也爽口, 特大帶子 ($30) 也很鮮甜。壽司飯算是酸甜有致。看著迴轉帶轉了幾回, 也只吃了這三件壽司, 埋單已經要過百了。當然這裡用的 wasabi 是鮮貨, 但也真是蠻高級的消費啦。

今天弄證, 打算食點簡餐, 腳卻向IFC進發(奇怪=.=)亂走, 看到千両有人排隊,問一人需等多久,結果是不用等坐下, 自泡茶, 茶當然是不行的, 看到旁一情侶不停在叫三文魚. 他們一定是非常愛NORWAY這國家把時令餐牌翻AR翻, 點了油甘魚刺身, 燒鯖魚, 燒左口魚群邊, 大TORO油甘魚, 不新鮮, 有點乾乾的...大TORO, 明顯不是TORO@.@, 不肥不油...左口不錯, 油脂滿口, 口感不錯燒魚也不錯, 近來愛燒魚, 滿口魚油, 肉質鮮嫩, 喜愛鯖魚些微的醒味, $85一大條, 抵食!小時候挺喜歡來的, 長大後試了更多就少來了.迴轉已失去魅力.

油甘魚, 不新鮮, 有點乾乾的...
大TORO, 明顯不是TORO@.@, 不肥不油...
左口不錯, 油脂滿口, 口感不錯
燒魚也不錯, 近來愛燒魚, 滿口魚油, 肉質鮮嫩, 喜愛鯖魚些微的醒味, $85一大條, 抵食!

小時候挺喜歡來的, 長大後試了更多就少來了.迴轉已失去魅力.

聖誕節正日, 下晝大約三點, ifc間間野佞都排哂隊, 特別係港鐵站食點心o個間..一見到咁多人真係即刻走頭去到千兩, 發覺只係等兩三張台, 咁就呢間啦拉開menu, 發覺壽司唔會好多好花巧咁, 而且睇黎主打係金槍魚.首先叫左三文魚腩, 槍墨魚, 燒鰻魚 & 金槍魚.三文魚腩冇平時食o個d咁肥, 但係入口都有溶化既感覺, 有d油香槍墨魚就冇咩味 好似食橡膠咁燒鰻魚係凍既 但係味道都唔錯既金槍魚, 呢個好食bor, 有魚油味而且冇咩渣, 好食最後黎多個壽司拼盤, 款款都好食 咁既價錢真係好抵牧丹蝦係咁多間連鎖壽司鋪食過最好食既, 味道勁鮮甜, 蝦頭仲有好多膏蟹腳好fresh, 有少少鮮味油甘魚腩夠哂肥美, 而中金槍魚腩係全盤入面最好食既, 極有魚油香, 入口即溶甜蛋味道正常, 如果可以甜多少少就好三文魚子夠新鮮, 脆口唔腥,碎金槍魚&帶子食落亦覺鮮味, 基本上, 就係中金槍魚腩&牧丹蝦已經值得比個good佢

三文魚腩冇平時食o個d咁肥, 但係入口都有溶化既感覺, 有d油香

Our typical wait for a table/counter space for two is usually 20-30 minutes unless you're there very early (tonight, being a holiday, was an exception and we had a very long wait). But, once seated, the quality and price is reasonable for a mass-market "kaiten' sushi outlet.

Let me preface this by saying, Sen-Ryo will not be confused with high-end Sushi like Sushi Hiro, Matsushima, Imamura or Kenjo, but for $200 per head, its a good option for price-conscious diners.

On this night, the fish quality was first-rate. Cold winter waters in the north pacific bring fatty, tasty fish. Both the chu-toro, and o-toro was especially nice tonight. My one gripe being the portion size. The thickness was ok, but the size of the nigiri overall was a tad on the small side. The price, at $35-$50 per piece is among the most expensive individual items on the menu.

I'd highly recommend the 'premium yellowtail', which, at around 26 was fatty and flavorful, as was the Salmon sushi (never found at sushi shops in Japan yet incredibly popular in Hong Kong).

The Uni from Hokkaido was sweet with a softy, pillowy texture. The cheaper version (I assume from Korea or perhaps Canada), was less so on this night. I suspect it was a bit old and had that 'chemical' taste uni gets when its past its prime.

One of my favorites at Sen-Ryo is their ebi-furai (海老フライ) maki. Essentially a fried prawn wrapped in a sushi roll with vegetable, its crunchy and delightful. Although it was be found on the rotating conveyor belt, I highly recommend ordering it fresh from the wait-staff and made to order so the prawn is warn when you bite into it.


The eel roll is another filling, yet very tasty roll along with the stand-by California Roll.

One roll I would suggest staying away from is the spicy tuna roll. On this night, you could barely located any tuna in the roll. This was ordered towards the end of our meal and we were already pretty full so we didn't bother sending it back.

All in all however, Sen-Ryo is a good choice for some basic, reasonably priced sushi when at IFC.

雖然我幾抗拒迴轉壽司的概念,但也有被「迴轉之友」捉來邊吃壽司邊開會的時候,是日我只試了招牌的炸蝦卷物,其實比較起坊間「散修修」創作卷物,這裡仍保留到形狀,而調味酸咪咪,幾開胃是真的,而意想不到這裡就算3pm也要排隊,絕對是@香港ifc商场 人氣壽司店!
