去石塘咀開工,喺附近搵間餐廳食個快飯,螺螄粉個名聽就聽咗好耐,不過未食過,今日朋友提意「不如試吓」,人生解鎖+1中午食飯時間好多人等外賣行入舖頭有陣特別嘅氣味,可以叫臭,亦可以叫香(?)🤣🤣研究咗陣餐牌,麵飯都可調節辣度:不辣/BB辣/小辣/中辣/大辣飯麵粉上配料有例如配有生菜、蘿蔔乾、酸筍、酸豆腐、炸腐皮、花生、蔥、木耳絲、芫醬等💫招牌鍋燒螺螄飯入口集有啲酸有啲辣嘅特殊氣味,啱送飯,整體胃口大開💫招牌鍋燒桂林米粉食法係先撈勻,再食粉,食完再飲湯👌🏻脆皮燒肉肥瘦肉46分佈,豬皮脆度剛好螺螄粉外形同米線好似,但更煙韌彈牙,口感唔錯💫炸蛋炸蛋蓋滿碗面,入口幾香,螺螄湯頭酸勁強烈,但無想像中咁臭,適合重口味人士,可以一試💫香酥蝦卷叫咗客小食,蝦卷外皮夠薄,爽脆 繼續閱讀

懷疑d評論好多都係假,見咁多好評就嚟試下。雖然唔臭但一d都唔好食,湯底似豬骨湯底,一d螺味都無,d配菜又勁少粉嘅份量又少,最好食係酸荀但得個幾條,加12蚊要咗隻炸蛋又油又無蛋香,夾一下就散哂懷疑根本無咩蛋係入面,個大陸女人員工態度又差。係超市買包即煮螺獅粉自己煮仲好食過佢多多聲。未計加餸已經48蚊,CP值非常之低。加一個餸都要12蚊重點係勁少,粉又少食幾啖無哂,不過算,咁難食其實都唔會食哂,一定無可能再嚟食。 繼續閱讀

西環的好螺記店面雖然不大,但環境乾淨舒適,適合吃個快晚餐。餐廳主打味道正宗的廣西粉麵,份量十足,食物質量不錯,價格也非常合理,值得推薦~牛腩拉麵 $48牛腩非常軟滑,湯底鮮美,點了小辣但味道不算辣。加了手掌腐皮+$8,增添了口感,滑嫩的腐皮和牛腩搭配得相得益彰,十分美味招脾鍋燒螺螄粉 $52蜾螄粉份量相當驚人,湯底濃郁,小辣相對而言比較辣,加了炸蛋+$12和牛腩+$18,讓整碗粉層次更加豐富。炸蛋外脆內軟,牛腩軟滑,搭配滑順的粉麵,非常好吃蝦卷 $38蝦卷外皮酥脆,內餡鮮美,口感上佳,非常推薦凍豆漿 $6點了兩支凍豆漿,清爽可口,完美搭配辣粉,解渴一流總體評分環境:7.5/10食物:7.5/10服務:7.5/10抵食:7.5/10-好螺記📍西環石塘咀德輔道西406號地舖 繼續閱讀

今日晏晝去咗一間超多人食米粉店。我同朋友叫咗:牛腩螺螄粉(bb 辣)配生菜,葡萄乾,酸筍,酸豆角,炸腐皮,花生,木耳絲,芫荽牛腩螺螄粉口感豐富,叫咗BB辣辣。但係已經有豐富嘅口感酸酸地辣辣地,好啱胃口。牛腩經過慢燉,肉質鮮嫩。生菜的清脆與酸筍、酸豆角的酸味配合完美,給人一種清新的口感體驗。炸腐皮和花生添加了酥脆的層次感,而木耳絲和芫荽則增添了香氣。招牌牛肉牛骨圓湯拉麵(轉米粉)配生菜,蔥花,芫荽湯底濃郁,牛骨熬制出的湯汁鮮美,牛肉的口感也非常不錯。轉成米粉,但米粉吸收了湯底的鮮香,口感滑順。生菜的加入使菜品更加清新,而蔥花和芫荽則為湯麵增添了香氣。香脆小酥肉用豬肉嘅肉眼配上秘製炸粉同調味料,我同我朋友覺得好好食,非常惹味。秘製酸梅湯酸梅湯令人喜出望外,有曬酸梅湯嘅精髓。一定要試嚇佢哋嘅酸梅湯。我覺得一定要嚟試吓佢哋嘅桂林米粉和柳州螺螄粉。Beef Brisket Luosifen (BB Spicy)Served with lettuce, raisins, pickled bamboo shoots, pickled green beans, crispy tofu skin, peanuts, wood ear mushrooms, and cilantro.Signature Beef Bone Broth Ramen (with Rice Noodles)Served with lettuce, green onions, and cilantro.Beef Brisket Luosifen (BB Spicy)This dish features a rich texture and is ordered spicy (BB spicy). 好螺記,位於西環,專做廣西正宗桂林米粉,好吸引既傳統食法😍仲有中式拉面、螺絲粉、肥腸飯咁,全部都係中國特色滋味✨相當吸晴試下桂林米粉,招牌鍋燒桂林米粉,BB辣,配左靈魂秘制滷水,香油生菜,蘿蔔乾,黄豆,酸豆角,葱,芫茜🌿見到都吸引🤩桂林米粉正宗吃法,先撈匀食粉,好香既滷水加香料味,米粉粗身好似米線咁,爽身得黎彈牙,口感好正🤤非常好味加左煎蛋,同撈米都好夾👍🏻豆腐串本身已經浸左湯汁,勁惹味🥳米粉食完唔夠仲可以免費加,食到你爽為止,不過其實本身已經好大碗😙香脆小酥肉,份量好多既小食,肉質真係幾酥,嫩滑,飲埋秘制酸梅湯,正🤞🏻相當有風味既中菜,想試下廣西口味既一定要黎下👏🏻👏🏻 繼續閱讀
