decided to order take away and I stressed to the owner/manager that I was in a rush. He asaured me that'll it'll be a 10min wait. As i sat in the half empty restaurant, I saw that it was over staffed, with 2 staff in the kitchen chatting while the wait staff were either standing around or poking fun at each other. 15mins in, the manager sends one unneeded staff home and apologises for the wait. He chases up my order an finally a very slow staff brings it out without a sense of professionalism or customer service. I ordered the black pepper beef ribs, and it was full of msg.
