午膳時間,餐廳竟然只坐滿一半左右的坐位。本來想就止打住不內進,但被門外的膳稿說服了,決定一試此店如何正宗。我要了份肉骨茶套餐。套餐先上菜,味道還可以,而且還有些肉絲伴碟,可惜一點鑊氣也沒有,是涼的。一邊等主角肉骨茶,一邊吃。餐廳人雖少,但侍應總愛把顧客編排到角落裏,例如近廚房或是走廊邊,留空中間的好位置不知讓誰來坐;我則是被安排在一個BAR枱上,對住一個放插單座和抹布的地方,店員每每拿了抹布清潔後,把抹布歸回原位前,總要在我的食物上方抽蕩幾下......很煩人也很骯髒。肉骨茶上桌後,我翻了翻湯料,見到的是最普通不過的藥材,杞子、准山之類。老實說,媽媽用這些東西煲煮的藥材湯,我幾乎是哭喪著臉喝的。還幸這茶的味道卻很易入口,雖然其實是酷似別的餐廳的例湯,但卻滲進了不太濃烈的藥材味,甘甘的還不錯。可惜,茶裏的那二條肉骨真的不能入口-- 無肉味而且乾乾的,咬也咬不來,是名副其實的湯渣,根本不能餸飯。所以那一碗白飯,我幾乎是乾啃下去的。其實我從沒有去過新加坡,所以也無從對比。我對肉骨茶的憧憬是源自多年前的一個旅遊廣告,提到肉骨茶是令人回味無窮的。不過,我今天試的肉骨茶未達這個水準。其實進店之前,

其實我從沒有去過新加坡,所以也無從對比。我對肉骨茶的憧憬是源自多年前的一個旅遊廣告,提到肉骨茶是令人回味無窮的。不過,我今天試的肉骨茶未達這個水準。

其實進店之前,我看了看價錢,約50多元;心想這個試食價還算合理,萬東西不好吃,還不會太肉痛。
只是埋單時超過60元。沒錯,我是給其他餐廳午市免加一的收費寵壞了,忘了不是每間店也不加那10%。
一般的食物水準,不舒服的環境,不太值的價錢。沒有一個讓我再來的理由。

直至我吃畢這一餐,顧客更少了,跟附近其他餐廳比較,反差還真大。

lunch念住去食川居點知門口排左成10幾人,近近地就去隔離食巴沙,入去果時都只係坐左3~4成人.之前食過一次湯麵,記憶中還可以,但記得好細碗今次去食炒野,一個係特式炒米粉,另一個係炒福建麵.等左大約10分鐘.特式炒米粉就黎拉.未食就好明顯見到有一片蛋殼,有個豪子咁大.跟住炒福建麵都黎埋,同樣情況又係未食就見到有雞殼.好不幸,我叫既特式炒米粉梅開二度,食食下又發現多一片蛋殼.果時人唔算多,炒既人居然可以咁唔小心.街邊鋪都未必會發生咁既情況.講反d野食,福建麵 = 拉麵, 好似無炒既感覺.上菜時跟本有幾匙更份量既湯係到,簡水味重,d餸食落無咩味.特式炒米粉.特式既係有雞蛋殼.其餘感覺唔到有餸.d米炒炒到痴埋晒一pat pat咁~原全唔爽口.如果真係黎呢到,可以食湯麵,聞到人地果d係幾香.不過真係細碗,見到隔離台有2個大隻d既男人食左一碗唔夠食,要再叫多過炒羅白糕同炒米粉.佢地咁樣食個lunch就去左100蚊一個人其實個羅白糕只係一個小食既size.唔明點解佢可以當lunch set咁賣.埋單時,出去埋,但加一.我地有俾到加一服務費,但係佢無俾到加一既服務我地.坐低水都無杯.之後叫佢俾水.

如果真係黎呢到,可以食湯麵,聞到人地果d係幾香.不過真係細碗,見到隔離台有2個大隻d既男人食左一碗唔夠食,要再叫多過炒羅白糕同炒米粉.佢地咁樣食個lunch就去左100蚊一個人

其實個羅白糕只係一個小食既size.唔明點解佢可以當lunch set咁賣.
埋單時,出去埋,但加一.
我地有俾到加一服務費,但係佢無俾到加一既服務我地.坐低水都無杯.之後叫佢俾水.應左句之後無下文.個服務費其實係for d咩野?

出到去之後見到原來呢到係位食家常去既地方.唔知佢去果時有冇俾蛋殼佢食.

定係佢d蛋殼其實真係食得既呢!!!!!!!!!!!?
ps: 走既時候仲見到川居好多人等梗位.

好耐之前睇過蔡瀾先生關於呢度的專欄, 提及呢度的 laksa 落了好多鰤魽, 呢日終於有機會0黎試試了


問阿姐「特色喇沙」($68) 及「正宗喇沙」($48) 有乜分別, 佢竟然答「特色喇沙多 d (食送) 豐富 d 囉」, 真 informative -_-" 咁就試試貴少少0個個吧:

湯底: 橙色「浮油」好多, 少少辣, 椰味唔出, 整體味道亦無加東的 (http://www.openrice.com/restaurant/commentdetail.htm?commentid=150231) 咁有層次, 不過比起上環0個間 (http://www.openrice.com/restaurant/commentdetail.htm?commentid=1984163), 佢好好多!

麵底: 係檬粉, 幾索湯, 不錯.

配料就認真豐富:
- 原隻大蝦: 個頭勁黑, 蝦膏帶腥苦, lur 都 lur 唔切! 蝦肉結實爽口又幾鮮甜, 係挑蝦腸0個0下比較麻煩.
- 兩隻 (4 邊) 開邊蝦: 鮮甜爽口, 比原隻大蝦更好食!
- 鰤魽 (7-8 粒): 夠新鮮, 初初食頭幾粒覺得幾鮮甜, 不過始終未完全接受到呢種味道, 對我0黎講味道太「血腥」了.

- 魚片: 份量幾多, 幾彈牙, 不過味道稍鹹.
- 墨丸 1 粒: 味道幾濃, 但腍得不能接受, 食麵粉團一樣的口感, 諗起都打冷震.
- 烚蛋 (半邊): 凍凍的又樣衰衰, 呢個得啖笑...
- 仲有豆卜及芽菜: 豆卜唔太索湯, 感覺一般.

見有好耐無食的千層糕 (Kueh lapis) 供應, 又叫一件 ($12) 當甜品試試: 夠甜, 夠 moist, 帶點 cinnamon (?? 定斑蘭?) 味又帶點蛋香, 好食. 唔知邊度有得買? 好想買 d 返屋企食!

環境乾淨光猛, 不過招呼就麻麻0地, 阿姐0係身邊「chit 出」咁轉, 而且實在太多0野講了, 好煩.

連加一 $88, 唔平, 不過食物不錯 (唔明點解會咁多喊面?), 都值得試試的.

每次luch經過,加上見鋪面咁多宣傳廣告就入去試下啦~ 今日我叫了個 叻沙.& Chicken noodle. 裡面有大蝦2隻、鮮蛤、Tofu pot....唔知大家有無吃過正宗叻沙呢?其實個叻沙比我想像中差..大蝦、鮮蛤唔新鮮, D 雞絲一食入口就feel到有好嚴重的雪藏味。總括黎講唔去都無損失!! 我自已就唔會有下次喇...

其實個叻沙比我想像中差..大蝦、鮮蛤唔新鮮, D 雞絲一食入口就feel到有好嚴重的雪藏味。

真係後悔入去幫襯呢間餐廳, 真係唔明點解會有人揀"笑"? 現在的時勢, 以這個價錢和食物質素, 呢間餐廳仲可以生存真係奇跡!問有無套餐, 答案係"有呀, 野飲加$5或$8"! 跟同事叫了肉骨茶($53) 和炒貴刁 ($48), 肉骨茶的湯內只在兩塊骨, 而且仲係得少少肉黏住O既O個隻, 完全唔夠飽! 真係唔明佢地好唔好意思收呢個價, 炒貴刁等了頗久, 但一點鑊氣也沒有, 一pat pat O既, 只有一些不知明的極薄切肉片和大約三隻蝦毛! 成個粉只有一點咸味, 我吃不出有其他...... 賣單O既時候, 發覺還要加一!!! 天呀~~~~ 順帶一題, 我地睇到其他所謂"散叫"O既菜式, 如三色沙冰要收$36!!!!! 真係太過分了吧?如果大家嫌錢腥, O係呢個經濟環境下仍有太多錢使, 而附近O既餐又咁O岩間間都無晒位, 不妨可以考慮去呢度食

The server was very courteous maybe she noticed that my friend is from Malaysia, by the time we ordered the Fried Carrot Cake she even suggested to put extra chilli.. the Laksa was tasty and we also had the Boneless Chix which is ok however the Iced Barley Drink. was a bit disappointed maybe the taste being diluted by too much ice?

pros: -好新加坡FEEL, 好似置身o係新加坡...-蝦麵個湯唔錯-巴沙牛腩辣得黎都好香cons:-佢地蝦麵有分大同普通, 女友鍾意食蝦咁就叫左個大假...$68蚊....果一隻大蝦真係唔知邊樹大, 早知隻蝦同一隻普通白灼蝦size無分別我一定會叫個$48蚊既普通蝦麵. 仲有隻蝦霉嫁...最後仲要無食到 -唔知係咪自己生意, 落單果對男女態度都好一般...食左三個"食送", 巴沙牛腩飯+蝦麵+咖哩雜菜 = $213.

Went to have din at this restaurant with my gf ytd. We ordered chicken rice, fried carrot cake and a fried noodle. The fried carrot cake is very good, its cut in a small cube shape and its mixed with egg during the cooking process. Its little burnt on the surface and stiff in the middle very very good. A pricey menu, but quality is close enough to Katong.Information wise, I prefer Katong’s menu as its more informative and lists out all the ingredients, so for Pasar, if you’re an experienced eater or know your Singaporean food, then you would roughly know what ingredients are in it, eg seafood Laksa, the basics are big prawns, fish cakes etc.Anyway for the Laksa supreme, for $68 everything is the same as Katong, except the mung noodles are thinner in diameter, and the soup base is not so spicy

A pricey menu, but quality is close enough to Katong.
Information wise, I prefer Katong’s menu as its more informative and lists out all the ingredients, so for Pasar, if you’re an experienced eater or know your Singaporean food, then you would roughly know what ingredients are in it, eg seafood Laksa, the basics are big prawns, fish cakes etc.

Anyway for the Laksa supreme, for $68 everything is the same as Katong, except the mung noodles are thinner in diameter, and the soup base is not so spicy and strong. So for those who want to try a good Laksa, which is not so spicy can come here. There is less chilli oil in the soup base too.

今日同女友去食lunch同女友食飯, 邊可以馬虎呢?所以在行左幾條街之後, 就揀左呢間望落去幾企理的餐廳我地大約一點去到啦, 剛好仲有最後一張4人枱, 可以坐得舒舒服服同女友點左三樣野, 1)特色叻沙, 682)新加坡原味雞飯,3) 巴沙蘿惹 (rojak) 首先到的是個飯, 飯幾大碗, 不過雞好似少左d dd 雞不是太鮮味, 不過滑是滑很滑的跟住到ge係個喇沙真係好香, 一放低就已經好香, 用料很多, 大蝦有兩隻, 剛好夠我同女友一人一隻, 個湯都幾辣, 略嫌椰奶味不夠(個人的認知中, 喇沙的湯係少辣中帶好香的椰奶味)最後出現的是冷盤蘿惹呢個真係令我有d 失望, $40 好細碟下, 同埋,我最鍾意食ge 油炸鬼得3件, 勁多都係沙葛, 仲多過青瓜咁overall黎講, 個侍應哥哥都friendly ge雖然我覺得d野食又未必值呢個price.....自從去過一次新加坡, 試左好多好好味的地道名菜 (都是當地的人介紹啦)每次見到新加坡出名的食品, 一定會去試下雖然都係試左兩三次, 但係, 每一次都係覺得在新加坡食的, 是最好味的, 所以, 我都不清楚甚麼是新加坡正宗的食法/ 味道嗯.

首先到的是個飯,
飯幾大碗, 不過雞好似少左d d
d 雞不是太鮮味, 不過滑是滑很滑的
跟住到ge係個喇沙
真係好香, 一放低就已經好香,
用料很多, 大蝦有兩隻,
剛好夠我同女友一人一隻,
個湯都幾辣, 略嫌椰奶味不夠
(個人的認知中, 喇沙的湯係少辣中帶好香的椰奶味)
最後出現的是冷盤蘿惹

呢個真係令我有d 失望,
$40 好細碟下, 同埋,我最鍾意食ge 油炸鬼得3件,
勁多都係沙葛, 仲多過青瓜
咁overall黎講, 個侍應哥哥都friendly ge
雖然我覺得d野食又未必值呢個price.....
自從去過一次新加坡, 試左好多好好味的地道名菜 (都是當地的人介紹啦)
每次見到新加坡出名的食品, 一定會去試下
雖然都係試左兩三次,
但係, 每一次都係覺得在新加坡食的, 是最好味的,
所以, 我都不清楚甚麼是新加坡正宗的食法/ 味道
嗯....或者正宗的, 未必是最好食的
每個人心目中都有最好食, 最地道的菜式
不過, 我始終相信,
在當地先會食出應有的正宗風味
好似最好飲的港式奶茶只會在香港的茶餐廳搵到~
p.s 我個笑係俾service同唔多人唔嘈的環境

午餐時段, 入去之前, 門口餐牌, 不算便宜, 一個午餐, 約六七十, 思前想後, 咖哩魚飯, 侍應有禮, 隱晦言及, 鋪面魚塊, 只有小片, 聽到之時, 隱約一想, 但無為意, 不知意思, 但總以為, 類似西餐, 龍利魚柳, 來了才知, 原來只有, 小塊一件, 一乘三吋, 中間大骨, 兩邊尖形, 魚肉加起, 不夠一匙, 些少腥味, 其他全菜, 收六十五, 未包飲品, 侍應早知, 麻煩菜式, 落單之前, 早已單聲, 可惜當天, 工作太多, 尚未回魂, 頭頂昏昏, 未能入腦 及時反應, 如此菜式, 放落午餐, 必有投訴, 依情估計, 侍應反映, 老闆不聽, 菜式照舊, 顧客不滿, 累及職員, 罪魁禍首, 溝通問題!

午餐時段, 入去之前, 門口餐牌, 不算便宜, 一個午餐, 約六七十, 思前想後, 咖哩魚飯, 侍應有禮, 隱晦言及, 鋪面魚塊, 只有小片, 聽到之時, 隱約一想, 但無為意, 不知意思, 但總以為, 類似西餐, 龍利魚柳, 來了才知, 原來只有, 小塊一件, 一乘三吋, 中間大骨, 兩邊尖形, 魚肉加起, 不夠一匙, 些少腥味, 其他全菜, 收六十五, 未包飲品, 侍應早知, 麻煩菜式, 落單之前, 早已單聲, 可惜當天, 工作太多, 尚未回魂, 頭頂昏昏, 未能入腦 及時反應, 如此菜式, 放落午餐, 必有投訴, 依情估計, 侍應反映, 老闆不聽, 菜式照舊, 顧客不滿, 累及職員, 罪魁禍首, 溝通問題!

與友3人,本想隨意吃個晚飯,剛巧經過'巴沙',同行1人的家屬是新加坡人,說這家不錯,就由她發版吧﹗入座已9時半,除了我們只有一枱客人,地方整潔,座位舒適,侍應熱情有禮。先來一個飛餅,外面小脆內'煙un',沾上少許沙糖吃,不錯。跟著上的是正宗叻沙撈麵,一上桌已胡椒香撲鼻,另上的蝦湯亦很鮮甜,蝦湯是帶咸的,與偏啖的麵配上味道剛剛好。再上一個炆牛肉,黑黑的有很濃烈的香料味,牛肉夠腍辣味剛剛好;最後一個是炒雜菜,加入香料炒的雜菜酸酸辣辣很野味。總括來說味道與賣相都不俗,是晚結脹八拆優惠,總共$185大元,值得再次光顧。

Im born in singapore and lived there for many years and the food over there is very cheap and nice much better then hk ones i think, when i came to hk, i was trying to find a good singaporean restaurant but non of them iv tried is good and this one is very good, it taste the same as the ones i had in singapore. We ordered laksar, fried carrot cake, chicken rice, and a fried noodle. The fried carrot cake is very good, its cut in a small cube shape and its mixed with egg during the cooking process

Its little burnt on the surface and stiff in the middle very very good. The laksar is also very good the soup base is just like the ones in singapore and the noodle is very chewy and cooked just nice, and the things are very fresh. The chicken rice is very very good, not very oily at all and the rice is very stiff and very chewy. The chicken is very soft and it taste really good with the sauce on the side. The fried noodle is very good, its watery and is cooked with two different types of noodle and some seafood too. The taste is just like singapore ones too. very very good

(6/8/08)八號風球轉左三號既晚上,雖然在灣仔,都無乜食肆開。行到呢度,才醒起曾經好想試佢既炒蘿蔔糕,加上店員說今晚做八折,便拉著老公入去。一入去已order斑蘭雪方蛋糕,可惜剛售罄。咁照叫炒蘿蔔糕試試,白的是咸,不過廚房炒了黑的出來,沒問題,反正都係試。黑的是落左甜醬炒,整體都係咸食來既。「蘿蔔糕」其實咪係粉頭~!只可說冶味,蝦頗鮮味。馬拉盞炒通菜,ok,不算油。巴沙飛餅配咖哩汁$34,店員先聲明,汁是稀的,同埋份量少。來到真係好少o羅,相中的咖哩汁我們還未滔過,所以真係好少好少,而且味道有點肉骨茶影子,用來點薄餅,唔係好夠味。早知分開哎,飛餅$15,咖哩汁$15好過。凍新加坡拉茶$20,自覺在「越棧」的越式奶茶味道差唔多,茶味有朕香料/香精味,食左一堆熱氣野,飲下無妨。除左service好之外,食物我諗唔會有下次,無驚喜又貴。走時見到姚盈盈光顧。

Ok I think this is my third time eating in a singaporean restaurant.So I am just trying out to see which one so far is the best.Ordered fried quay teo, Prawn noodles (vermicelli) and pandan cake, barley water and salted lemon drink.In my opinion i think the food here is a little over priced in comparision with the other two i've tried.Fried quay teo: tasted ok , reasonable portion size.Prawn noodles: the soup base didnt have much prawn taste, just peppery.Also it didnt have a big prawn like Kxto

So I am just trying out to see which one so far is the best.

Ordered fried quay teo, Prawn noodles (vermicelli) and pandan cake, barley water and salted lemon drink.
In my opinion i think the food here is a little over priced in comparision with the other two i've tried.

Fried quay teo: tasted ok , reasonable portion size.
Prawn noodles: the soup base didnt have much prawn taste, just peppery.
Also it didnt have a big prawn like Kxtong, considering it was priced more than Kxtong.

The drinks were ok, the barley water tastes better than kxtong, not so strong.

Although the Pandan cake dosnt taste so good, it was the best, quite a big portion for $28 dollars. Tasted like Pandan but I thought there was too much egg taste in it.
