自從佢喺尖沙咀店之後都幫襯過幾次🌭熱狗水準唔錯，今次試下漢堡🍔我叫咗個...豬扒包配三色醬😋3/5漢堡新鮮軟熟底面都有烘過，選用無骨豬扒食落方便，質地比較結實有咬口，配埋三色醬大大提升味道嘅層次😋 不過份量唔算大 食完有點空虛感，最好叫埋小食，今次我就叫咗波浪薯條🍟熱辣辣食真係好正🤤 佢個薯餅，炸得金黃香脆火喉十足，係必食推介👍朋友叫咗個德國肉餅包配三色醬，佢話幾好味，塊肉餅真係好厚，食牛嘅朋友不妨試試

Hot Dog Link is actually originally from Ho Man Tin with a new branch in Tsim Sha Tsui. Serving hot dogs to locals for the past 20 years, we decided to eat here for lunch one afternoon.The Tsim Sha Tsui location is like the Ho Man Tin one, mostly for take away. Though this one has a tiny bit more space for seating. Menu is in English and Chinese. There is no 10% service charge. Menu is in English and Chinese. There is no 10% service charge. They have a large selection of sausages to choose from as well as burgers and stir fry noodles. They have a combo option where you can choose any hot dog and get a drink, fries or hash brown for $55. That's a pretty good deal. When you order your hot dog, you can choose what type of sauce you want: ketchup, mayo, mustard, relish or just all of it.

Boyfriend ordered the Sau-Chirozo. It was pretty spicy! But he liked it enough though he felt some parts of it was a bit lukewarm.

I had the  Nueremberger Roaste. The bun was toasted so very crispy.

I saw they gave me two sausages! It seems most of them are double sausages unless they are extra big like the Sau-Chirozo. The sausage was ok. Some parts were still a bit cold. I also asked for all the sauces but didn't find any relish.

We shared our sides. This is the fries. These were the frozen kind. They were a bit too starchy in texture.

This is the hash browns. These were super crunchy and definitely over fried. They also appeared to be pre-made from a frozen package.

The hot dogs were ok. Nothing really spectacular but at least not expensive. The sides were not that great. Unsure if I'd be back. Though there aren't that many hot dog places in Hong Kong so ... you never know.

Hot dogs that are not hot

It's not easy to find a place to have hot dog in Hong Kong; it's definitely even harder to find a place that makes it well. Seeing that this shop is newly open, I gave it a chance... I've tried the Jumbo Hot Dog. It was made to order but it is warm, not hot because the sausage was microwaved and then gently placed on the stove to "grill". As a customer, I feel like the cooking is very little effort in the culinary. The bun was unimpressed either. Although it was toasted, it was also not hot. Tas
