日日涮一向主打食放題打邊爐,但現在推出了多款午餐,有壽司set,井飯及便當,價錢還很親民。我點了其中一個最貴的壽司set (壽司盛梅$78),有8 款壽司 (三文魚,帶子,蟹棒,蝦及四款白身魚),兩件軍艦(魚子及海膽)及兩件芝士玉子燒,賣相不錯,$78 不會要求是超高質,最重要是新鮮吧。同略厭軍艦的紫菜不夠脆身。另外點了一個雞扒便當,$58已經有壽司,燒汁雞扒飯,炸雞小食及冷凍豆腐,十分豐富。每個lunch set 都包飲品,可以在雪櫃中任揀。

非常非常差既一次體驗!服務、衛生、食物都非常差!絕對唔會再食!首先服務方面,黎到同經理講book左9點鐘兩位,佢聽到後冇回應行返入鋪,行到中間望返轉頭不耐煩咁話「小姐呢邊啊!」大佬你帶位同我講聲我咪跟住行囉。入到去揀左$258 - 120分鐘任食特級美國肥牛+刺身+炸物+海鮮盛合A/B。同經理講完揀咩餐後佢就行開左,一直冇主動提供放題點聲紙,亦冇問我地要海鮮盛合A定B。到之後我地再問,佢又不耐煩地話得海鮮盛合A,但出面餐牌寫明係可以兩樣選擇一樣,如果冇係咪應該係入座前同客人講定?!放題出食物出得極慢,尤其刺身,出得慢仲要出錯,出既數量亦同點既數量完全不符!每次比完紙等到天荒地暗先有得食!另外,店入面既女侍應對廣東話應該唔係好熟,聽佢地自己傾計都係用普通話。每次同佢地講任何野都「下?」「下?」「下?」幾次佢地先聽得明,簡單問佢地要兩隻匙羹,「下」完幾次以為佢明,點知行開又冇左回事,要再叫先拎比我,真係溝通到心很累。我地係食120分鐘,照道理9點食到11點,但佢地10點3已經將出面既野收哂等收工。即係我最後45分鐘係冇得再拎同order任何野食,大佬因爲你地收11點所以45分鐘前就收哂野咁我揀120分鐘好蝕姐,揀90分平啲個餐好過。見佢地收野我咋咋林問佢地拎雪糕紙order埋雪糕(個餐包每人一杯movenpick/韓國雪條),問個侍應又九唔搭八乜都唔清楚話要問經理又盛,拎張雪糕紙姐咁簡單都要問幾次!好差好差!食物方面,湯底揀左蕃茄魚湯同壽喜燒湯底,蕃茄魚湯淡過水、壽喜燒湯得個甜字。呢個價錢黎講牛肉質素不過不失啦!但海鮮盛合、刺身一啲都唔新鮮!見隔離枱不停食燒蝦仲同經理讚啲蝦好爽以為好好食啦,點知叫到黎食,蝦既肉質非常散!所以話咩質素鋪頭就會吸引對食物質素咩要求既人...如果你對食物冇要求既即管可以黎食下既。另外燒物燒出黎完全唔夠乾身,燒冬菇係濕既...燒菠蘿係用罐頭菠蘿...🤷🏻♀️其實食完都唔覺係有燒過😅衛生方面,入座張枱執完都勁油膩,要叫佢地再抹先得。另外地下亦非常污糟,眼見隔離枱有新一班客入座亦冇好好清理。到走既時候廁所仲要爆水管,成地都係咸水...總括而然,中過一次伏真係可一不可再🤷🏻♀️

All-you-can-eat hotpots/ steamboats/ shabu shabu are a thing across Asia and particularly here in Hong Kong.Been here countless times because it is near the neighbourhood and it is literally that good! Love to come here with my family, and it makes my dieting journey a lot happier ! We come here because it makes me eat a lot more veggies than I would usually.Meat and seafood quality has always been good, condiments and vegetables are always fresh. They offer beef of 4 gradings (US fatty beef, US prime rib, Australian wagyu and Japanese wagyu); standard US pork and chicken (leg) meat. Soup base variety is excellent - I’ve tried ALL the soups as at the date I’m making this post, and I recommend the Sukiyaki (甜豉油湯) and Tofu Soy (豆乳湯) for those who want a special Japanese twist to the hotpot. If you’re on a diet and want something with a milder flavour with less sodium, I recommend Tomato Dried Fish (魚乾蕃茄湯) and Seaweed (昆布湯). If you want a heavy brothy flavoured soup, then I would recommend you to go for the Collagen Chicken (骨膠原雞湯) or Beef (牛清湯)!Vegetables are always well cleaned and well dried before served at the buffet tables, and this is a plus because it preserves the freshness. There’s is also unlimited serving for drinks and ice-cream You are rest assured to find something for everyone! Suitable for family gatherings We ordered each a lunch set at HK$78 and HK$98; we had choice of beef, pork and chicken.
