表弟生日，為左慶祝，點都要食下蛋糕既Tiramisu表面既可可粉帶有苦味，香氣濃郁，配合整體既甜度剛剛好Cream既部分細滑可口，甜度不會過高，微微既忌廉香不會顯得甜膩蛋糕層鬆軟微濕，有少許酒香，味道溫和不刺激整體黎講甜中帶苦，酒香清淡，香口又唔會太油膩

    The new Okinawa purple potato series looked really nice.The cake and tart looked captivating but a whole cake was too much for me so I got the roll.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Okinawa purple potato rolln the top of the roll, it was covered with purple sweet potato puree and two pistachio nuts.I was impressed that they put a sturdy card at the bottom of the bag so that when you carry it the cake does not stick to the bag.It was a chocolate roll filled with cream and more purple sweet potato puree.I lo

     On the top of the roll, it was covered with purple sweet potato puree and two pistachio nuts.

     It was a chocolate roll filled with cream and more purple sweet potato puree.
    I loved this cake because the chocolate rolls was moist and chocolately without being too sweet complemented by the purple sweet potato puree which surprisingly tasted good together.
    The sweet potato puree was velvety and not too starchy which was made lighter with the foamy whipped cream in the middle.
    As a whole, it was a good balance of chocolate cake, cream and potato puree.

    Kagoshima sweet purple potato crystal Zongzi

    Just like the mooncakes, where the traditions have been broken with snowy mooncakes.There is now a sweet version of Zongzi that is ready to eat.      After removing it from the vacumn sealed pack, it is wrapped in dried leaves just like the usual Zongzi's.
    The size of these Zongzi's are slightly smaller.

     When I removed the leaf wrapping, the appearance was slightly different from their product shot.
    On the product shot there is purple filling incased within the crystal clear exterior.
    It was just a purple mass when I unwrapped it, the Zongzi stuck to the leaf wrapping and got deformed hence it did not come out as a perfect tetrahedral shape.

     The taste was not bad, and the filling was slightly starchy with a hint of sweet purple potato taste.
    The sweetness was just right and not as cloyingly sweet as this other brand I tried but the leaf wrapping was a bit oily.

      Quintuple chocolate layered cake experience

      Tried this because it was made of five different layers of chocolate, it costs $20 per slice and it is not that big.Basically the five different layers were: the crunchy base, dark chocolate sponge, milk chocolate sponge, chocolate mousse and the chocolate cream covering it.Overall, it tasted nice but I wished there was more cake instead, the dark truffle filling in the middle was extremely hard and too rich.

      好濃朱古力味,唔係太甜..是夜小朋友補祝生日,中午去到只餘下一個冇法子啦,最唔好就係中間層啫喱,太碎太難切後更分分離離咁,好難分恆生咭有九拆,約$129.

      在東港城購物完畢後經連理街回坑口港鐵站時看見這新開的東海堂, 由於之前閱讀食評得知東海堂新出了黑芝麻方包我這芝麻兼麵包迷當然不能錯過 黑芝麻厚方包($12)一袋有4片2cm厚方包, 有些其中一片會是包頭或包尾size比一般方包的細, 黑芝麻仿似大理石紋的不規則地分佈在方包上方包皮顏色較淺, 又有著一個個泡泡, 明顯地這是款日式麵包方包纖維緊密, 沒有很大的氣孔, 但卻十分鬆軟輕輕的撕開, 原來黑芝麻是芝麻粉做成黑芝麻醬這方包帶著甜味, 芝麻醬亦是微甜的, 這不失為下午茶的一個好選擇付錢過後, 我這甜怪被甜品冷櫃吸引著那時候, 該店的經理邀請我為她做一份問卷關於他們新出的北海道3.6牛奶蛋卷助人為快樂之本, 一口便答應了她, 她隨即於凍櫃取出一件黑芝麻蛋卷讓我試食 黑芝麻蛋卷($12)這蛋卷是以朱古力蛋糕卷著黑芝麻mousse, 上面有牛奶mousse作點綴朱古力蛋糕普普通通, 沒有特別濃厚的奶味, 蛋味或朱古力味黑芝麻mousse不錯, 重黑芝麻味, mousse亦打得很滑不過朱古力蛋糕配這黑芝麻mousse食時卻擦不出火花, 更可說是不夾那點綴的牛奶mousse有好重的牛奶味, 相信

      不過朱古力蛋糕配這黑芝麻mousse食時卻擦不出火花, 更可說是不夾

      那點綴的牛奶mousse有好重的牛奶味, 相信就是3.6牛奶的功力

      這問卷除了讓我當場試食外, 還額外多送2件蛋卷給我回家享用, 同時自己亦多叫了2款西餅
      十勝紅豆綠茶卷($12)
      與黑芝麻卷一樣, 但換上了綠茶蛋糕及紅豆mousse
      紅豆配綠茶, 一個無死的配搭, 的確十分match
      綠茶蛋糕綠茶味非常濃郁, 紅豆mousse的紅豆粒又不乾睜睜, 無得頂呀!!!

      朱古力卷($12)
      朱古力蛋糕配朱古力mousse, 嗅起來已經散發引人的朱古力香氣, 像吃入口即溶的朱古力般
      但當中有件事我無法參透, 作蛋卷的的朱古力蛋糕應是一樣的
      為何這個的朱古力味會如此香濃, 黑芝麻的卻是稀薄呢?
      難道朱古力卷上的朱古力粉真的起著那麼大的作用?
      朱古力軟心 ($22)
      這朱古力dome大的誘人. 而且期望著中間的軟心流出的情境
      一切開卻叫人多麼失望, 一來沒有流心, 也沒有軟心, 只有一粒blueberry及少少blueberry jam
      二來只有最外面的一層是chocolate mousse, 中間是厚厚的oreo餅底和朱古力蛋糕
      朱古力的濃度又不及朱古力卷, $22, 感覺被騙了
      榛子拿破崙 ($15)
      這size比一般的napoleon大, 最上層鋪滿大大小小的榛子粒, 因此榛子味極為重
      中間的蛋糕層帶點mocha味, 與榛子挺配合的
      可惜下層的酥皮不酥化, 難以切斷, 吉士醬亦只是中規中舉, 僅僅及格啦

      整體來說, 新產品的味道是可以接受, 但仍有進步空間
      買2件西餅送了3件蛋卷, 確實抵呀!!!
