Ever since my first visit at this branch I have been meaning to go back but they are closed on Sundays.On this visit I intended to get the squid omelette with sea urchin but they must have heard the seafood because they gave me seafood instead.I paid $10 extra for the semi cooked egg Even though it was not what I ordered, the seafood one turned out to be quite decent.I chose Tom Yum Kung sauce which tasted quite nice with the squid omelette and not as bad as they suggested.The portion was bigger because it was the semi cooked egg version.It had lots of vegetarian sharks fin in it that was glistening.There were lots of prawns and finely sliced abalone mushrooms in it.The tom yum kung sauce was light and not too spicy.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Correct location:While I was dining there, they said people could not find this shop because the address on the photo below is different from the one on openrice......★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★ 繼續閱讀

開業不足一年的日式外賣店 <kitsu no heya>,最近發現已轉手!招牌仍然貼上紅紙!以前由 4 位男生負責的小店,轉手後,只見廚房有兩位男師傅,另有兩位女店員。雖然英文店名不變 <kitsu no heya>,但是,加上中文名 <楓之苑>!我有興趣試試新師傅的出品!這裡售賣壽司、烏冬、刺身、小食、串燒、便當...等,剛剛第一次幫襯,竟發現有蛋包飯賣,實在驚喜!令我忍不住要買來品嚐箇中滋味!在上環區,我印象中只有 <JP Deli> 供應蛋包飯,現在,這家是第二間! 上環上班一族及上環街坊有口福嘞!營業時間:11:00am ~ 9:00pm ,不論中午抑或晚上也可買外賣!真方便!等候期間,我發現多數食客買蛋包飯,看來大受歡迎! 我亦見到師傅開住兩個爐,一邊煎蛋,一邊炒飯! 然後,把炒飯倒上蛋皮,反兩反,即可整件蛋包飯倒入飯盒!蛋包飯價錢:$42 ~ $68 算是合理!醬汁:茄汁、白汁、咖哩汁、辣汁可選原味 / 墨汁 ( 墨汁 +$3 ~ $4 )當中包括特色風味:冬蔭公蛋包飯 $68 、海膽蛋包飯 $65 、吉列炸蝦蛋包飯 $45、韓風泡菜蛋包飯 $42 、.... 合共 15 款口味任君選擇!由於是即叫即煮!所以,要等上大約 5 ~ 10 分鐘!也要視乎多少食客而定!雜菌野菜蛋包飯 ( 配茄汁) $42 用上新鮮冬菇、金菇、本菇等,充滿嚼感! 師傅巧妙地混合黑椒調味,的確惹味不少!辛辣的程度可以接受!如果,加入洋蔥,相信香味更能提升! 飽滿的珍珠米每粒也均勻著色,夠入味!份量充足!薄薄的蛋皮把全部炒飯包住!並非炒飯上放上蛋皮 ( 飯還飯,蛋還蛋!) 幾考功夫! 和風牛肉蛋包飯 ( 配茄汁) $48淋上茄汁及沙律醬,是最完美的配搭! 切開後,炒飯充滿牛肉汁,香氣洋溢! 真令人垂涎三呎!牛肉肉質軟腍,大部分為細碎的牛肉片,只有一、兩片是原片牛肉,用料較為姑寒! 可能是牛肉貴價的原因吧!蒲燒鰻魚蛋包飯 ( 配白汁) $55 轉墨汁 +$3 > $58烏卒卒的墨汁蛋包飯放在黑色的外賣飯盒很保護色!吸引力大大減低! 幸好!墨汁沒有什麼腥味!天然墨汁卻無鮮味,比原味蛋香遜色! 師傅煎得已是手勢不錯!煎得蛋皮薄之餘,一點也不老! 反而,鰻魚燒得過火一點出現焦黑的痕跡! 味帶甜美而嫩滑!甜甜燒汁跟鰻魚也很匹配!至於,白汁是忌廉芝士汁,口味不單調!跟整體好夾!面豉湯 ( 跟餐送 )有少許蔥粒及海帶,卻沒有豆腐粒,略嫌缺乏一點口感! 湯味比較清又不失面豉湯的味道!不過,飲到尾有一粒粒粉粒! 恐怕是未能溶掉!還是貨色問題呢?千層椰汁糕 ( 跟餐送 )色彩繽紛幾吸引!富椰汁的香甜! 可惜,入口較軟腍!缺乏煙韌及彈性!外賣蛋包飯以這個價位來說,做得特色又出色!加上我見師傅都幾快手! 值得一試!我不用走到蛋包飯專門店也能在上環嚐到滋味的蛋包飯,確是飲食的一件樂事! 繼續閱讀
