開飯介紹
泰發是一間泰東北地道菜館,距離首都曼谷約7小時車程,菜色較為特別正宗。泰發老闆娘以及全餐廳職員都是泰國人,師父更特別由泰國邀請到港,每一位職員都懂廣東話。所有菜式醬料都由人手親自調製。因為泰國人一向能接受辣味,所以不能受辣的朋友緊記有落單前提醒,師父亦會因著客人口味調出可口美食。

哥哥家住九龍城,不時一家人也會到來吃泰國菜,泰發就有兩間店,建議食轉角位的那一間,店舖較寬闊,環境好一點。今次因為遲到,就無參與點菜(太好了不用苦惱^^)。 小食拼盤炸皮蛋是推介,香脆保有蛋香,不會過油。蝦餅也有彈牙的口感,蝦味就不算太重,其他的炸物就正常水平,不驚艷。 欖角炒肉碎香口惹味,好食,不過較辣哦。 燒豬頸肉本身燒得不太老,外皮有點脆,但配汁異常奇怪,只好不沾汁吃,浪費了。 黃咖哩海鮮配蒜蓉包,蒜蓉包香脆熱噴噴,好吃,咖哩不會太辣,沒有太濃的椰油味,比較適合本人。 泰式炒金邊粉味道甜甜的,不過炒得很濕口感一般,不是我的喜好。價錢方面約100-150元一個人,環境食物性價比還好,但服務人員的態度比較差,整體來說也是可以的。總結評分味道:7.5/10價錢:7/10(人均消費100-150)環境:7/10服務:4/10性價比:7.5/10 推介食物:炸皮蛋,黃咖哩海鮮配蒜蓉包,欖角炒肉碎

Went to Kowloon City to have a late dinner with my b.Openrice showed that this Thai restaurant opened till late night so we picked this one.We arrived at around 11pm and there were still several other people dining inside.The decors were quite simple but the tables and seats were quite comfortable.Minced Pork with Lettuce was great. The lettuce slices were big and intact so that we can use it to wrap minced pork easily. The minced pork was well-cooked and well-seasoned -- it was sour and very spicy.Deep-fried Shrimp Cakes were quite good. The sauce was well-sit with the cake. The cakes were big and with good texture.Fried Baby Cabbage was amazing. The seasoning was great -- I like the fried garlic and the pepper. It was quite spicy and the cabbage was freshly cooked.Lamb Rack was just okay. The lamb was obvious over-cooked and the choices of lamb was bad. Overall, the dishes were great and the price was okay.

今日心血來潮想試下食泰國野! 次次去食泰國野都會叫泰式炒椰菜苗 因為去其他鋪頭冇得食架! 椰菜苗同其他菜唔同係會脆口D 所以落埋果D泰式香料炒就會好襯好惹味 哩度嘅都幾新鮮 咬落都爽口 又唔會炒到過火太林 不過好似唔係好有味 唔夠香口. 我覺得可能落多D調味料 另外 仲叫左個魚 都係普通啦 上到枱個窩都唔再熱 平時可能D汁會'炸炸'聲 不過哩碟就冇 我地再加湯上去都冇一個燒嘅感覺 加上當晚隔離果枱有十幾個女仔一齊食飯 係嘈到一個極點.... 下次都未必會再試~

生蝦刺身 呢個菜唔只有刺身,仲有炸蝦頭。生蝦好新鮮,有七八舊,冇殘餘內臟好乾淨,晶瑩剔透。雖然刺身好味,但我覺得炸蝦頭更加正。蝦頭炸得好脆,炸漿唔厚仲有d辛辣味,成件事好惹味。青檸牛肉有好多舊,兩個人食食到好飽。牛肉大概三成熟,好juicy唔(口鞋)口。但係下面d芥蘭好硬。

九龍城的泰國菜真是多到不得了,除了某些大食店,其他的小店我覺得味道更勝一籌。朋友介紹食呢間小店, 覺得水準不俗,而且價錢相宜。食物水準, 今次去點了燒牛肉及其他串燒,烤魚及海南雞。燒牛肉係必食既, 而見到好多人客都有點, 好大份, 應該都算係招牌菜, 唔食得辣記住個汁要分開上。 其他的肉類串燒,有點過了火位,肉質較乾。那條烤魚味道就是不錯,外面烤得脆脆的,内裏魚肉滑滑的,點一點他們的醬汁,味道令我回味無窮。 雖然我忘記了是什麼魚。。。。海南雞比較清淡,普普通通,肉很少。總括的來說水準唔差, 侍應們態度一般,欠缺了一分小店應有的熱情態度。
