有外國朋友去黃金順便去附近食lunch,佢係個不折不扣嘅燒肉狂熱份子🐷我哋叫咗個燒肉叉燒飯,我就叫左、燒肉雞飯。燒肉好香脆,雞都算淋汁,而且唔會太鹹!而且價錢都算合理,又多選擇🤗除外國朋友都話下次黎香港要試埋其他燒味! 繼續閱讀

我今日放工後,約同好友去位於深水埗元州街21-23號恆威閣地下B號舖的燒味本色食燒味飯,環境舒適,坐得舒服。我和好友點左個 燒味雙拼(义燒與燒排骨)例牌 $88,燒腩骨雙拼(油雞)飯 $108,餐飲係熱奶茶及凍檸檬茶。例牌的叉燒與燒排骨賣相吸引,份量不少,叉燒好香口及啖啖肉,燒排骨燒得香脆,肉嫩可口;燒腩骨拼油雞飯的碟頭大,燒腩骨好肉入味,外皮香脆,油雞的雞肉嫩滑好食;熱奶茶是自家製作,怪不得咁幼滑好飲👍。整體黎講係高質素燒味,街坊顧客駱驛不絕! 繼續閱讀

Was on my way home and passed by A Better Tomorrow, a restaurant with freshly made siu mei hanging in their front windows with meat juice dripping. Exactly what I wanted after a long day!Soup of the day was a classic carrot pork bone soup. Roasted Suckling Pig had a layer of crackling skin, melting fat and succulent meat which tasted a bit gamey. Savory bones.Poached Chicken was cooked to the right point. The chicken thigh was slightly pinkish. Smooth and tender meat. Delicately marinated.Roasted Goose Leg, as the most coveted part of the goose, was covered in a beautiful glaze. The marinade wasn't too strong which didn't overwhelm the goose flavor. The rice had well absorbed the meat juice.Roasted Pork had a layer of crunchy skin with a balanced amount of meat and fat. 繼續閱讀
