祥勝茶餐廳 (已結業)

今早同車主朋友嚟到跑馬地, 想揾個地方食早餐, 吹吓水. 於是入咗祥勝. 其實幫趁嗰廿零蚊, 就唔可以有太多奢求, 但侍應的黑面及墜手嘅杯碟(因侍應放下杯碟時太重手)實在受不了, 所以都要俾個喊!早餐通粉+煎蛋+凍奶茶與一般無異, 下次去第二間都唔係損失!如同樣嘅事發生响澳州牛奶, 咁我又會無聲出, 因為人哋d炒蛋, 多士係好食d!

We had a very late lunch at Happy Valley before disappearing into the hospital nearby, and found this place out of semi-desperation (mostly due to hunger). I ordered a 'special meal' - your average ham pasta, sunny side eggs, toast and drink - and he ordered a satay beef noodles plus drink meal. 今日lunch 諗唔到食咩, 結果打電話叫"祥勝"外賣, 我之前都幫襯好多次. 都知道態度各樣野都麻麻, 不過, 因為附近唔係太多茶餐廳選擇, 唯有都係叫"祥勝"啦.我叫左一盒"鮮茄炒蛋飯"加熱奶茶. 送到黎收錢先知 $54. 其實都真係幾貴囉. 味道都可以, 可惜真係貴左d啦.

4-2-2009原本想去街市食個「油砂多」, 點知熟食中心閉門裝修, 無一檔開門, 結果求其入了0黎呢間又係叫「祥勝」的茶餐廳. 1:15pm 來到, 撞正全世界放 lunch, 店內打仗一樣, 費事左睇右睇了, 食個「特餐」($29; 牛油方包轉多士 + $1) 吧.先0黎奶茶, 賣相好「奶」, 味道極「奶」, 茶味就極極極極極淡薄, 唔0岩口味!「主食」係叉燒公仔麵, 半肥叉賣相不錯, 不過食落零蜜味而且好韌; 味精湯底「味精度」唔算好嚴重, 麵底就淥得爽口, 估唔到又不錯.仲有 "on the side" 的火腿奄列及多士... 多士脆口, 不過食得出係隔夜麵包烘製的; 火腿奄列外0鞋身, 食落就好油...比起大坑的同名店, 呢度較「新式」又較乾淨, 不過計食物質素, 就當然0個邊「將軍」, 呢邊「卒仔」啦.放低 $30, 填肚當然可以, 不過再到跑馬地的話, 應該唔會再0黎食了.

I have never eaten in this cafe. Everytime I come here I have takeaway from the bakery. I guess the food that served here are normal "tea restaurant" fare, nothing special.The interior of this place is very tacky, so I would prefer not to eat in. So far I have tried the egg tart ($3.5), coconut tart ($3.5)and Napoleon cake ($4.0), and they are all good.Egg Tart: The puff pastry is buttery and flaky, and the egg custard filling is silky. 今日去左呢間茶餐廳叫左奶茶 (無茶味)旦撻 (涷的)西多士 (又油又薄)唔會再去下一次俾錢個時俾左三個兩毫子，俾個阿叔好串咁指住個牌話唔收一二毫

在這家Cafe吃過拿破侖蛋糕同奶茶 愛上了但係o的拿破侖好似好快就會俾人買晒同埋有數目買完就冇架 !!!!! 服務不錯可能他們識得我們值得一試

食完祥興唔得心滿意足'行多幾步見到祥勝'俾佢個麵包櫃吸引左'買左個芋泥墨西哥同老公兩份'咬一啖D熱辣辣芋泥就湧住出'絕對一百分'俾祥興弄致失望o既心情全消'充滿精力去行街*

唔知祥勝係咪覺得自己好出名,所以佢地既服務態度真係好差,以為佢地生意太多人手唔夠,但我放工行過又唔覺得佢地做到無停手. 態度差既唔止收銀個位大聲又鍾意渴人既女收銀(就算係事頭婆都唔應該渴人),聽見你只叫一個$40 既晚餐會用好重語氣反問你仲有無其他order. 佢地既侍應服務態度簡直不可一世,特別係送外賣後見你唔比貼士既時候會眼超超(不論男女都係,好離譜,我叫飯食啫,點解要咁受氣呢?). 跑馬地茶餐廳中,祥勝係最差最無品既一間!!

朋友仔外賣了兩件「祥勝」的拿破崙給我,說是推介之作, 一星期中只有幾天供應。我正想: 茶記不是蛋撻菠蘿包出名? 對高難度的「拿破崙」自不敢寄予厚望,想不到味道一流, 酥皮好鬆脆,整件餅的脆蛋白和合桃等等都配合得好好,喜出望外~ 朋友仔真有心~~
