同屋企人去時代廣場行街,行到好肚餓,決定去揾嘢食😝上網揾咗好耐,揾到「究極堂」,我見佢超多好評,而且北角同銅鑼灣都有分店,所以決定去試下,係咪真係咁好先?一入到店舖,俾人嘅感覺好舒服乾淨,第一關過👍🏻一打開menu,食物款式種類真係超級多,由刺身、壽司、炙燒、卷物、丼飯、沙律、佐酒小食、日式鐵板料理、和風薄餅、一品料理、炸串和主食,到飲品有酒精類嘅烈酒、啤酒、日式雞尾酒同無酒精飲品都有!仲有甜品㖭!好誇張🤣仲有即日menu…1.)究極炎之丼我見到人人都叫究極丼或者究極海鮮杯,我個人反叛啲😝個個都嗌嗰樣,我就唔嗌,嗌其他。我叫咗佢個朋友~究極炎之丼,入面有右口魚裙邊、吞拿魚蓉、帶子、牡丹蝦、油甘魚、芝士等…新鮮嘅海鮮加上灸燒過的香氣,真係無得輸,而且成個飯本身已經好夠味,唔使再點落wasabi同鼓油。2.)4重芝士炸蝦卷呢道4重芝士炸蝦卷係一道好誘人的菜品。蝦肉外酥內軟,加上濃郁柔滑的芝士,會讓人難以抗拒。3.)自家製炸雞伴洋蔥沙律呢道菜有炸到香脆多汁的炸雞,配上清爽嘅洋蔥沙律同七味粉,即刻減少咗炸雞嘅油膩感,令到成件事相輔相成,搭配得好好👍🏻4.)避風塘炒枝豆每一次到日式餐廳都好鍾意叫枝豆食,但係避風塘炒枝豆真係第一次食,好一道創意料理,真係好正,而且佐酒一流😍5.)蟹膏豆腐鱈魚乾燒過嘅鱈魚乾,好香脆!再加上蟹膏、豆腐、蟹肉,真係好夾🥰6.)炸串系列:海苔墨魚他他~呢個有驚喜,墨魚好彈牙👍🏻西京豚肉韭菜 ~呢個正常發揮😝半熟玉子~好好食呀❤️半流心,而且蛋味好濃❣️7.粟米天婦羅其實我很好奇🎵🎶點解可以啲粟米可以切到咁靚😍粟米天婦羅沾上海鹽,可以調出粟米嘅甜味,正!8.鹽燒白鱔好香呀😍明明個肚已經勁飽,但都係忍唔住嗌咗串嚟食,太為食了🫣認真,呢間我真係會推薦朋友嚟😌因為真係環境、服務、食物、款式都好好👍🏻而且我見佢有VIP房可以book,啱晒一大班朋友gathering❣️

今日同朋友係銅鑼灣究極堂Kyukyoku Do食lunch,Times Square附近既永光中心11/F餐廳內部採用了典型的日式裝潢風格,營造出一種溫馨舒適的氛圍。究極丼入面有多種頂級海鮮食材,包括三文魚刺身、赤蝦刺身、三文魚子、海膽、吞拿魚蓉和帶子刺身等等,係一個極富層次和精致的海鮮丼。每種食材都好新鮮,口感獨特,各種食材互相映襯,無論係賣相定口感都表達到層次豐富!明太子芝士玉子燒賣相非常吸引蛋皮烹調得恰到好處,蓬鬆柔軟,色澤金黃。填餡的明太子醬和芝士完美融合,既提供了鹹香味,又帶來了濃郁的乳香。帶子他他帶子炸得金黃酥脆,入面保留到鮮嫩,他他醬的味道清新酸甜,呢個配搭好驚喜!

今天碰巧在灣仔做嘢,便約好朋友在銅鑼灣吃午飯。朋友介紹,午飯套餐抵食,於是一試。一入餐廳,落地大玻璃,陽光充沛,開陽。有普通座位,又有吧枱。打開餐牌,感覺很多選擇,有魚生類的套餐,$100-200,又有蛋包飯套餐, $80有找,感覺餐廳照顧不同客人的需要,窩心! 因為今日有較長午飯時間,朋友揀咗 signature 套餐,我揀咗刺身定食套餐,另外揀咗章魚泡菜芝士玉子燒,雞肉牛油果串物。首先玉子燒材料充足,估唔到章魚同蛋同芝士夾夾,朋友一路食,一路叫芝士好好味,賣相也很吸引。至於串物味道一般般,雞肉有點兒乾。主食先嚟究極丼,定食套餐有麵豉湯及沙律,飯上邊有各類魚生,仲有蛋黃撈飯,有七至八種魚生,海膽,拖羅都有,魚飯混在一起,味道不得了,唔怪得知係signature dish。 跟住魚生定食再上,擺盤非常宏偉,每種魚生有兩件,有三文魚,鮮蝦,帶子,吞拿魚,全部非常肥美,至少2cm厚度,每件魚生都很新鮮,大滿足。下次再encore。
