Poor service that drives away customers !There is a new promotion dinner set recently so I wanted to try it with my family. I booked a table at 6:30 p.m. but the staff there told me I could not reserve the set. I asked her how I could reserve the set, such as a pre-payment, because it is the reason why I wanted to go there that night, but the staff told me I had no way to reserve the set, the only way was to go to the restaurant as early as possible. It is actually the standard of a low class restaurant which I could not believe that I would experience it at Jade Garden.
Then I called the customer service hotline of Maxim's Group, but the staff there told me that they would not reserve the set for any reason, their policy is first come first serve. Their attitude is very arrogant and impolite.
Maxim's Group is once a good brandname in HK, the most important conditions in a good restaurant group is the high quality of service. This is the same as airlines and other service industries. Cathy Pacific is a brand name in HK which worsens seriously lately. Maxim's Group is another brandname that makes customers feel bad whenever we see the brand !!! NEVER NEVER GO THERE FOR ANY REASONS !!!!
