久聞「聘珍樓」粵菜之大名。一直以為此食店是美心集體旗下的食店,但又很奇怪它的英文譯名叫「Hei Chin Rou」(禧千籮),完全唔岩音。細心上網查閱,才知道原來此店源自日本,真的有點驚訝!「聘珍樓」歷史原來相當悠久;總店在100多年前於日本橫濱中華街開設,老闆是旅居海外的華僑,店裡賣的是正宗廣東菜,現在於池袋太陽廣場也有分店。是日商務午膳幫襯了位於中環干諾道中盈置大廈的「聘珍樓」,散叫點心種類少,而且價錢很貴,每款點心要數十元。黑糯米燒賣蘿蔔糕叉燒包碢貼春卷腸粉肉絲炒麵千層棷汁糕整體環境、服務都不錯,是商務午膳的好選擇。味道食得出是沒味精, 所以味道偏淡,食味尚可。但若要自費的話,本少爺就不會推薦了;始終中環飲茶有其他更好吃更抵的選擇。

整體環境、服務都不錯,是商務午膳的好選擇。味道食得出是沒味精, 所以味道偏淡,食味尚可。但若要自費的話,本少爺就不會推薦了;始終中環飲茶有其他更好吃更抵的選擇。

食晏時間在恆生總行附近,想飲茶又無訂位,懶得行去國金軒,於是碰運氣問吓聘珍樓有無位,結果我同男友成功入坐!但,結果所有點心都麻麻哋,個刀捎麵同菜都難食,分量細,普通嘢結果食咗八百五十幾蚊!離譜!晤會再去。

Sometimes restaurants do well and then we'll see a drop in quality of food and service. Sometimes we come across restaurants that really give you your money's worth and deliver every time. I have been a frequent diner at HEICHINROU for a few years now and I felt it was high time I wrote something about it. A word of warning, you need to book well in advance to eat here during lunch hour. I find that in Hong Kong, Cantonese food tends to be quite popular for lunch and a whole bunch of your collea

Sometimes restaurants do well and then we'll see a drop in quality of food and service. Sometimes we come across restaurants that really give you your money's worth and deliver every time.

I have been a frequent diner at HEICHINROU for a few years now and I felt it was high time I wrote something about it. A word of warning, you need to book well in advance to eat here during lunch hour. I find that in Hong Kong, Cantonese food tends to be quite popular for lunch and a whole bunch of your colleagues can go together. Don't be put off. A friend of mine told me today that the reason why he does not go to HEICHINROU is because he can never get a booking. You can't really blame a restaurant for being popular. I tend to book a week in advance and it works out fine.

Service: Overall, excellent and efficient. The staff really know their dishes and they are good in telling you that you have ordered enough (which I find very important). Super friendly and genuinely caring.

Food: Superb quality and consistent. I am not a fan of fried rice but I keep ordering the HEICHINROU fried rice. I am much more of a fan of sea blubber I strongly recommend that.

Additions:: They also have a well thought out wine list which matches well with their dishes.

Location: Convenient by foot, they have valet parking in the evenings.

Negatives: Hard to get a booking, slightly on the expensive side in comparison to other cantonese restaurants.

If you are looking for a good quality place for dinner, book for evenings as Central generally tends to be quiet.

午餐同同事去左聘珍樓飲茶,安排坐入偏廳裡面,得幾張枱,唔係太嘈。例牌點蝦餃同燒賣,size 超大,同春卷一樣有好多蝦。蘿蔔千絲蘇,味道一般。d 料係啡啡地色,味道反而似咖哩角賽螃蟹斑塊,賽螃蟹同斑塊都好滑,另外有d 杞子一齊炒,唔錯蘋果嚮螺湯,有淡淡既蘋果味,但覺得有少少味精臘味飯,糯米夠爽口、足料,而且唔係好多油,好味薑汁芥蘭,芥蘭唔刧,爽脆有少少薑辣味鹽焗雞,意為係脆皮既,但係上菜既時候見到碟雞似白切雞,完全唔似係鹽焗。不過雞味同肉質都唔錯,新鮮肉嫩。環境同服務都唔錯,唯獨坐左係偏廳,有時好難叫人黎。

環境同服務都唔錯,唯獨坐左係偏廳,有時好難叫人黎。

唔知點解, 明明係訂午餐包房, 竟然早個多星期都俾我訂到! 真係好奇怪, 食之前兩日酒樓仲傳真左張菜單黎俾我睇下有無問題. 呢個係已經改動左0既版本, 原本係有糯米飯的, 結果我地要求改為福建炒飯. 另外, 又唔要鮑魚改為菜.原先見到有片皮鴨, 真係精神為之一振, 點知到食果陣...........佢搵左隻好細隻0既鴨, 而且幫我地包埋, 仲要係用類似pan cake 0既皮, 同中式傳統薄餅皮簡直係兩個世界! 仲要唔落醬, 救命! 0的醬係成個餸0既精髓來! 點可以唔落?? 係之後果個金盞片鴨崧幫佢搶番0的分......其他餸都無咩特別, 真係有點後悔訂左呢度.我知道中環0既食店係有點 '按'住黎搶, 但都唔好咁過份!呢個餐 8人份量, 盛惠 $3080 +10%.

若果不是公司食飯,我想也不會有機會到這種餐廳用膳。之前搜集過資料,散叫點心種類少且貴,又吃不飽,叫套餐似乎最實際。套餐種類不多,而且沒有彈性,我們嘗試把套餐的小菜拆散叫。寫好一張菜單 fax 過去叫他們報價,寫好人數 10 位,他們會根據人數將份量加大及報價,蝦餃、燒賣也可以逐隻計。我們寫了以下菜色:(以下菜色以 10 人為單位)蝦餃($120)、燒賣($120)、舞茸露筍炒玉帶桂花蚌 ($300)、鮑粒海皇羹($600)、三蔥炒海班球($360)、翅湯珍菌泡翡翠($240)、蒜香脆燒雞($300)、明太子海鮮炒飯($300)、高湯煎粉果($150)、鮮果水晶撻 ($200)三蔥炒海班球好有鍋氣,不過略鹹蒜香脆燒雞好好食,即使是雞胸都好滑高湯煎粉果像將一隻蝦餃炸完,配一碗上湯用來浸那粉果,有創意鮮果水晶撻不要以為是撻,其實是一件像果凍物體,裡面有些生果其他菜色,我吃不到有甚麼特別。環境、服務都不錯,唯獨洗手間有點麻煩,要取鎖匙往後樓梯去。

Firstly, the XO sauce costs $18 and the small dishes were total to $50 which is by default. The Dim Sum range from $30 - $60 and there is only around 8-10 items to chose from. 每年既初一初二初三既節目都係一樣,就係去唔同既家人屋企拜年,而去到就永遠都唔會出街食,午餐晚餐都係係屋企煮,而下午茶就永遠都係食唔同既糕點,年糕,蘿蔔糕,馬蹄糕,芋頭糕,馬拉糕同煎堆,日日都係咁食,所以新年一定肥幾磅。今年家人選擇了聘珍樓的年糕,由於比較近我工作地點,所以由我負責。我去到中環這間聘珍樓的時候,那些經理部長好有趣,我同佢講中文,但佢就死都要同我講英文,唔知係咪佢唔識講中文呢?不過佢好有禮貌,又會同我講下笑咁,服務非常好。它們的年糕不是很大底,這也好,因為其實太大我們每年也吃不完的。初一前媽咪就煎了給我吃做我的午餐,再加碗粥一起吃。年糕一向是較軟身的,不過它軟得黎煙煙靱靱,既不會淋得一點口感也沒有,又不會黏牙,所以真的不錯。加上椰汁味很香很重,微甜,不會甜得令人討厭,也算很好吃。其實買的時候它是一個套裝,仲有一底蘿蔔糕的,不過媽咪將它轉送給了別人,所以沒機會嘗過。聘珍樓的出品,果然不會太差。=)
