After trying the choco-strawberry and choco-melon drinks, I got the choco banana from this branch to try.There was a price difference from the two other stores, both Hang Hau and the Po Lam branch cost $29 per cup, but here the choco-series cost $32!If you check my choco-melon review, the photo shows that it only cost $29 per cup!~review for the hang hau branchhttp://www.openrice.com/restaurant/commentdetail.htm?commentid=2175563picture that shows it cost $29 per cuphttp://static4.openrice.com.hk/UserPhoto/photo/2/278/00FNF13C53CE10779AF703m.jpgAnyway, I ordered two, the choco banana and choco strawberry to compare the strawberry one at this branch with the Po Lam one.However when both drinks were made, the drinks where not consistent, there was more chocolate powder in the choco-strawberry than the choco-banana, and the colour of the choco strawberry was evidently darker!It was even more evident whilst both blenders were side by side, you could see the colour difference.To my dismay, both of them at a more expensive price than the previous branches did not taste as good at the one at Po Lam.There was too much chocolate that it was powdery and there was not enough strawberries or banana in it.It was just like drinking a slushy chocolate smoothie.Nothing near the amazing choco-strawberry drink at Po Lam. 繼續閱讀

新產品,有九款用芒果做既甜品,這裡的芒果一向都係幾唔錯,比不少生果店或者超市買到既芒果更好,最好既係365日都有芒果食,水準亦唔差。今次攪左個芒果盛宴,又試下呢個盛宴水準如何。九款入面,有3款應該係新野,滑滑燩蛋,夠滑,不過叫得做燩蛋,卻係無咩蛋味,有點奇怪,食落只有面頭d朱古力粒既味,同埋叫得做芒果盛宴,應該有芒果成份,不過真係完全食唔出,呢款唔係太特別。芒果凍餅,用餅碎做底,有點似木糠布丁,餡係忌廉加芒果肉,忌廉好似雪得硬左d,有d似食緊忌廉磚咁,芒果就好似少左d,食落只係一口cream,感覺麻麻。另一款新野係芒果奶凍,不過是日賣哂無得食,要轉另一款,要左小丸子。三款新野水準都麻麻。其他有芒果布甸,一向都唔多歡喜這裡的芒果布甸,食落粉粉,今次水準都係咁,還是實實在在食芒果肉好過。芒果慕思同布甸係同一系,不過呢款食落就奶奶的,同埋好芒果香料,感覺不良,唔岩我。芒晶晶同撈河,基本上無咩分別,只係水晶jelly同椰汁條既分別。有粒芒果雪球,夠凍,食似食雪芭咁,算係唔錯。無味既晶晶同埋椰椰地既撈河,要撈埋d果肉一齊食,唔係真係無咩味。另一款係一粒糰米糍搭幾片果肉,個人覺得無咩誠意既一款,糰米糍叫做煙韌,入面粒芒果都叫做大粒。個人覺得芒果小丸子應該係最好既一款,小丸子煮得熟,軟腍有嚼頭,芒果肉同芒果汁亦係滿滿,係叫做最正常既一款。成set 野$98蚊,平均都要十多蚊兜,新野水準都係一般般,無話邊款較為特出,反而d舊款野保持一貫水準,只少夠凍夠解暑,下次都係單點好過。幫襯既係灣仔店,賣$98,轉個頭係銅鑼灣,同一個盛宴係$1xx,唔同地區,價錢都唔同,又唔知銅鑼灣呢個係唔係好食d呢? 繼續閱讀

從佐敦殺到灣仔,是時候醫肚。但又不算太肚餓,所以到了許留山吃甜。研究了很久令人花多眼亂的menu,叫了芒果鴛鴦黑糯米、金菠蘿亮晶晶和蘿蔔糕。蘿蔔糕先到,煎得黑焦焦的也有點油膩;阿姐問要不要辣醬和甜醬,要了來點,又真是幾滋味。不過吃完有點口渴,味精的份量應該不少。媽媽要的是金菠蘿亮晶晶,但店員先端上有椰汁雪糕的海底撈,還稱它是亮晶晶;後來終於肯換,但卻再拿錯了金菠蘿蘆薈飲;阿姐再三道歉,看來她要為員工加強培訓了。我的芒果鴛鴦黑糯米份量不少,而大碗中隱約看到有半碗糯米;半濃濃芒果汁和椰汁上浮沉著芒果粒。嚐一口椰汁,杰杰的,還有碎冰,味道不會太甜和太假;芒果汁則是一向的許留山質素,果肉則很熟和甜,份量也不少。沉底的黑糯米比較硬,粒與粒之間也比較分明,味道不太甜,與椰汁比較夾,但和芒果一起吃則有點怪。吃完甜品,也飽了七成,是糯米的關係吧。不過蘿蔔糕的味精太強勁,吃完半小時喉嚨還癢癢的,令人感到不太舒服。 繼續閱讀

夏天又到食榴槤嘅季節。榴槤主要來自泰國及馬來西亞,泰國以金枕頭出名,馬來西亞則以D24 榴槤品種出名;近年來,D24 品種比較金枕頭更受歡迎!最近睇報紙,售價高達 $100/磅,亦不乏顧客,可想而知,我哋香港人幾識食!今日,我見到巴士車身廣告,係許留山新產品:D24 榴槤系列。有榴槤布丁、榴槤什果布丁、榴槤水晶撈、榴槤糯米糍。急不及待去試吓 D24 榴槤布丁!但係,D24 身價咁貴,相信許留山食唔會平得去邊,預計大約 $25。D24 榴槤布丁 $17Size :大約酒樓茶杯嘅內櫳,本人略嫌細咗啲!對比上次食嘅水蜜桃流心還要細啲!如果喜歡食榴槤嘅朋友,就要試吓個榴槤布丁!可能係倒轉擺落膠碟,原先凝聚喺底嘅榴槤汁,疑似流心效果!賣相不俗,比較榴槤淡色一點!因為加入了淡奶,布甸質感幼滑;食到有些榴槤肉,真材實料;再加埋西米,夠腍唔大粒,口感豐富!但係,由開始到食完,都聞唔到有榴槤香,反而食落好香,不太甜亦不濃味,甜中帶甘!不過,比起荃灣<沛公>遜色,沛公色香味俱全!仲要平過許留山!如果多些榴槤肉就更 perfect !順帶一提,上次嚟呢度食嘅時候,係用鐵匙羹。今次,俾咗支印有許留山嘅膠匙羹我用。如果,買外賣俾膠匙羹就好正常,我係堂食架!真係唔環保呀!唔知點解許留山搵咗小儀嚟賣廣告?奠非跟榴槤外形有關?我相信搵森美拍廣告,效果會更好! 繼續閱讀

究竟有多少年沒去過許留山?! 沒有十年,大大話話已有七、八年了。吃完泰菜後,同事請吃糖水,輾轉下去了這裡,發覺多年之下,這裡也出了一系到的甜品,並不只是供應芒果西米撈獨沽一味了。早前大家吃個主餐,大家這時的胃納不多,同事叫了的,在一大碗芒果汁之內的,除有豆腐花,更加入咖啡造的凍榚,另一同事點的類似果汁撈,不過改為西瓜汁和蜜瓜汁,不過西米改為粉團造的小丸子,另有芒果為主的雜果一份。其實上面兩樣也沒有吃到,冬天下不愛吃生冷東西,改叫一個熱的紅棗雪梨燉雪蛤膏,味道來說,甜得來也算清潤,至於雪蛤膏,只吃了一些滑潺潺的物體,是甚麼東西?! 據聞是蟾蜍類或某爬蟲類動物的「卵巢」,有甚麼食療功效,也不大清楚,在我來說,不太難接受是了。只吃一樣,單憑外相作不得準,只評OK好了。有機會可能會在此再吃一頓,到時再作一個客觀的評價。 繼續閱讀
