Hing Kee is a celebrities’ and chefs’ after service favourite. They are best known for their stir fried crabs in house fermented chilli and black bean sauce. Strangely though what drawn me back here time and again is their Shredded Roast Duck Meat rice noodles. They offer different cut of the roast duck to go with the rice noodles, including roast duck thigh and sliced duck meat. For me, shredded roast duck meat goes best with the thinly sliced, translucent rice noodles, as you get to enjoy an equal amount of duck and noodles in every single bite with a spoonful of duck and dried tangerine peel laced soup. Sadly the portion of the dish is getting increasingly small. You see from the photo that there’s not much duck meat and noodles in a bowl.Stir fried crabs in house fermented chilli and black bean sauce. Finger licking goodness. 油鹽水浸蜆 would have been better had the clams been more plump. 白灼韮菜花 fresh and sweetAdded an off menu item stir fried noodles in soya sauce to scoop up all the house fermented chilli and black bean sauce.Overall the crab and the duck noodles alone are sufficient causes for anyone to return!

在香港營業時間到凌晨可以食宵夜的地方已經唔多,還要找好吃的就更少!這次我們在西九完成了Event已經很晚,主辦單位找了這間位於佐敦上樓的避風塘興記給大家吃慶功宴🎊很多好吃和特色的海鮮美食,真的不錯啊🤗🔹豉椒炒蟶子王,蟶子很肥美,十分惹味😚🔹椒鹽瀨尿蝦成隻手臂咁長,用剪刀剪開殼食,啖啖肉😀🔹古法避風塘炒蟹是招牌菜式,我第一次食,蟹🦀大隻又鮮味,超好食,令人回味無窮 😋還有燒鴨河粉,白灼魷魚,韭菜花都是必吃👍🏻👍🏻我們又飲酒又宵夜,吃到凌晨兩點,盡興而歸🤭📍佐敦彌敦道180號寶華商業大廈一樓📍避風塘興記

尖沙咀有驚喜的海鮮餐廳,原來都有啲名堂😆可能係我孤陋寡聞😆至於價錢部分就唔評論😂蒸鮑魚,蒸到剛剛好,彈牙爽軟鴨絲湯河,河粉幼細,湯底好香陳皮味,係好確實食仲叫左3小碟白灼小食,韭菜花,魷魚,豬粉腸都好味東風螺都好爽甜。蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子,都係精道剛剛好,非常爽甜因為顧住食唔記得咗影相,希望下次影返啦
