The 咖哩魷魚 (curry squid) is a standout with its tender, spicy squid that is bursting with flavor. Each piece is perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of spice to keep your taste buds intrigued without overwhelming them. The 大尊 (Da Zun) is an excellent all-in-one option, offering a satisfying mix of ingredients: pig skin (豬皮), which is wonderfully chewy; pig's blood (豬紅), which adds a rich, unique flavor; fish balls (魚蛋), which are plump and juicy; radish (蘿蔔), which is exceptionally sweet; and greens (菜), which balance the dish with a fresh crunch.
My boyfriend always orders the 大尊 because it’s so convenient and diverse, and he loves the sweetness of the radish paired with the rich flavors of the other ingredients. Having been a loyal customer at their Causeway Bay and Sheung Wan locations for years, I’m thrilled to see the same high standards and value at their new Aberdeen store.
