我和太太晚上8:30 落單 煲仔飯,等左35分鐘 追單,侍應話搞錯單 再做,結果45分鐘 先出菜。途中 木口木面,無笑容,態度差,趕收工。出餸慢。太古食肆多,大家無謂去一間食完激氣的店舖!

I’m crazy about clay pot rice. I taste all the Michelin stars, reco one just to find my crave but here is where that search is over. Clay pot rice is a unique hong kong food that is basic but so hard to get it right.Order their signature “煲仔飯” clay pot rice is a must. The essence is not on the topping you select but the rice and the magical combination of lard and soy sauce. Yes Lard! The evil ingredient that makes you feel backwards “live”. Put a few on the bowl and you got the most yummy clay pot rice you ever had.Topped with the homemade soup and that’s complete the journey.I’m no writer and don’t write much post but this kind of unique local delicacy deserve some more support.Count me back every week.

尋日我地一行6人去左呢間鋪食野,樓面得3個人已經見到佢地好忙,再加上客人不停甘舉手問野都表現出一種專業精神,言語雖然好急,但都快速解決問題食物方面就中上水平囉,有好有壞,我地點左3個二人餐,有湯,有小菜,煲仔飯,仲有燒雞。當中燒雞最為出色( 時間容許的話可以選擇食燒雞), 煲仔飯中規中矩,至於小菜( 柱侯蘿蔔牛腩煲 同魚香茄子煲 )就較為差牛腩唔夠諗,茄子油勁多到埋單嘅時候經理哥哥都好好人同我哋講, 呢度有啲糖可以隨便拎清一清個口腔, 能夠做到呢一點真係買少見少,大讚

香港食市服務態度差,已經出名排行第一,價錢又貴,品質差,難怪香港人北上消費,應該自我檢討!顧客入門口無人招呼,店員黑口黑面問一句答半句,滾水要求至奉上,如要茶須付費,燒雞要自己剪,太危險發生意外誰人負責?原本想加食物,但不願再留多一回,亦冇下次!

星期五自己一個喺點煲食飯,真係一個好享受!🥢 一入去就覺得好溫馨,裝修得舒服得滯。率先試咗碟花雕浸雞腎,估唔到咁彈牙,花雕味又馥郁,正啊!咁點少得嚟試下佢哋嘅招牌—備長炭火燒雞?👀 等咗一陣,隻雞熱騰騰上枱,仲帶咗班剪刀、手套嚟,意思係要自己剪,好有趣!雞皮香脆到嚟又帶少少甜,肉質鮮美、汁水充足,從來未試過咁好食嘅燒雞。再有,個煲仔飯都超級出色。我叫咗金銀蒜蓉蝦煲仔飯,飯香勁出,個蝦仁甜滋滋,同啲金銀蒜一撈,每啖都夾雜著香脆同鮮甜。食到底部嗰啲飯焦,真係幾正啦!🥘總括嚟講,呢間點煲嘅燒雞同煲仔飯都算係掂過吓,尤其係嗰烤雞,我一個人都輕鬆可以清曬隻雞,咁好食嘅嘢,下次一定要同班朋友一齊再嚟試下其他嘅菜式!
