到埋單,俾張單我哋後就問我哋點解唔食個salad,我哋都話我哋麻麻,之後店員就話佢哋有同我哋講食淨野會weigh再charge,但我哋7個人都幾肯定無人同我哋講過,menu都無寫⋯所以我哋就同佢講話好苦,食唔到,之後店員就解釋用嘅嗰一種菜suppose係苦⋯咁口味上大家有唔同,都無計🤷🏻‍♀️雖然最後都係無charge但整體用餐體驗都真係麻麻,食到成肚氣🥵

食完太嬲post咗個story,寫咗super bad experience,然後餐廳block咗我了😇

Went there on a Friday night, the restaurant was super packed and only bar table was available. Also tried a special Italian red wine made from Ruche grape. On the palate was like a fruit boom 💥 filled with ripe red fruits like cherry, raspberry, strawberry 🍓🍒 Highly recommended if you want a bottle of red during the meal 😎

開頭以為係食到烏嘴狗咁嘅墨汁意粉,但原來唔係… (又唔睇menu 啦… 明明寫住Rose sauce…..) 意粉煮得好彈牙,醬汁好香龍蝦湯味,好鮮。入面有啲龍蝦粒粒,西芹同蒜片,令到意粉嘅口感非常豐富!就係個分量有啲少… 唔夠食… 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨 早知就食佢個free flow pasta brunch menu 啦!又有扒,又可以個半鐘任食意粉… 下次再食過!!

If you can only have one thing on the menu, you MUST have the vinegar glazed lamb ribs, MUST. It was so nice, skin was crispy and crunchy af, but the meat was sooooo tender it just falls off the bones and melts like fat, and you have the vinegar glaze to cut through the greasiness. Sublime. 當初就係比餐廳嘅牛排吸引到所以想黎試下,侍應suggest我地叫medium rare, 而牛扒個火喉亦都控制得唔錯,外面焦香而內裡嘅肉保持到非常誘人嘅嫩紅色;食落口感亦非常juicy, 可惜嘅係牛肉味略嫌不足。值得一提嘅係佢嘅anchovy butter, 就咁食味道偏咸,帶少少魚香,非常能帶出牛肉嘅味道。

✨Seasonal Fruit Tart ($128)
最令我驚喜嘅反而係佢地嘅甜品!但由於我掛住同朋友影相唔記得左影個fruit tart😅Fruit Tart嘅最上層係芒果同士多啤梨,兩款水果都非常甜,可能事前加左糖水浸過;生果下層加左打得非常鬆軟嘅淡忌廉,食落空氣感十足,帶淡淡嘅牛奶香;最下面就係充滿牛油香嘅撻底,口感非常結實,有少少似食緊朱古力咁嘅口感,真係超級好味!

本身個牛扒係有少少令我失望,但甜品真係加番唔少分,整體黎講都值得一試。

原先都唔知有呢間餐廳,都係從ig 睇KOL 出post得知此餐廳。今次第一次試就去試下午餐,一個lunch set 220 蚊包沙律,主菜同飲品/甜品。如果想食其他前菜要加錢,主菜要轉和牛都要加140 蚊。前菜開胃,主菜和牛好味,整得岩岩好,唔會太un 唔會太生,伴菜-菇同薯仔都好好食。另一主菜牛肉醬手製意粉好味,份量剛好,唔會太流。整體一流,可以再encore. 餐廳午餐時間比較靜,只有一兩枱客人,坐得舒服,侍應有禮。

booked in advance and went for dinner. even though there was no other table apart from us, the service was poor. the staff explained the menu in detail and recommended that we order one main + starter per person but we ended up ordering just one main per person (5 in total). when taking our order, he was very set on us ordering more as he kept emphasising that it wouldn’t be enough and it would take a really long time to arrive (which it didn’t at all!!) he and his colleagues looked visibly disp

Flat Iron 取自牛肩胛部位,油脂分佈較其他部位均勻,除去筋後肉質軟嫩,口感似牛小排而又少了一份油膩感。從每片和牛的色澤看似是medium 的程度,肉質較為結實,牛肉味重。鯷魚牛油鹹鮮十足,彷彿想像到數十噸鮮魚於舌尖上暢游;滴上數滴檸檬汁更完美地中和其重口味並加以提鮮,加上牛油滑潤的質感,為本是油脂不算豐富的牛肉增一份細膩感。伴以香烤蘑菇及脆身炸薯,這道主菜是多重的味蕾衝擊,值得推薦。
