良久沒有題筆，這間咖啡店卻是值得介紹一下。在銅鑼灣的日子，過去四五年也找不到一間好的咖啡店，要不只好去連鎖店，要不只好去賣食物多於賣啡的咖啡店。直至最近，終於才有一間有水準又專賣啡的出現。論地理位置一點也不好找，甚至可以說不是在銅鑼灣來形容，不過正因為這樣，周圍的清靜才能令這店更像它起源地台灣的感覺。(雖然老闆都是香港人）這裡店子雖小，沒有抬也沒有沙發，卻正好將來的人都聚在一起，大家都能和咖啡師又或是其它顧客有更多的交流。咖啡的質素不贅，在銅鑼灣區沒有更好之一，簡單的咖啡種類卻都做得好。今天就點了杯手沖，由豆的量到水溫也都一絲不拘。豆的選擇不多，卻多是小農出品，也定期更換。因為專賣啡，只有少量食物供應，卻找來了本地的中式餅，點了一件蛋黃酥，配啡也好不合襯。是一間一定會再來的小店。

Spotted a new coffee shop on the corner of Sharp Street West when I was walking from Wan Chai to Causeway Bay one day. It has a Taiwanese/Japanese vibes with its simple black and white design as well as two sides facing the street since it is located at a junction.First two things in the coffee shop that caught my eyes were these cute little toys around the shop! Artista Perfetto is a coffee shop that was recommended to me by a coworker who just loves coffee. Run by six baristas from Hong Kong where one even won the world latte championship in 2014, they moved to Taipei to open a cafe near the Shongshan Cultural Park. 今朝返工時路經街市附近，發現開左間新cafe，感覺係好文青之餘有種台灣小店既感覺，於是買一杯試下。本身好中意飲flat white，店主就推薦一杯叫magic既flat white濃厚版，結果無令我失望，非常好飲。

If you are in the Causeway Bay area, you must try this new coffee shop. The owner is very friendly and a knowledgeable barista. It’s located on Sharp Street West directly across from South Pacific hotel. I always search out new places on my visits to Hong Kong and I really enjoyed the coffee and my conversation with the owner.
