呢間餐廳環境好chill,而且下午黎飲happy hour既價錢都幾抵,見有d人都特登黎呢度飲反杯就知,我地叫左一份大蝦蕃茄意大利膾飯,佢既蕃茄醬唔係用罐頭果d,而係用左新鮮蕃茄整溶而成,所以個意大利飯好有蕃茄既自然紅色同天然既蕃茄味食落唔會好咸甘,蝦肉幫你拆晒殼好易食,而且肉質新鮮彈牙,職員好友善係甘幫我地加水同換碟,好有禮貌,我地仲叫左一份白酒煮蜆肉,佢配埋多士,蜆肉大粒又無沙,廚師用心制作,食物即叫即整。

The food is not disgusting but it's definitely below average. The ravioli was undercooked and the filling is dull. The cold cut and cheese was normal.The white chocolate dessert quality was like it was bought from convenience store. It's not bad but definitely not what I'm expecting with the price.Also it took them 45mins to serve the main dish. Won't recommend this restaurant. Doesn't worth the price. If the manager see this review please promptly improve the serving speed, or simply don't let

If the manager see this review please promptly improve the serving speed, or simply don't let so much people in if your kitchen is incompetent to cook for that much customers. Also the food quality is terrible for it's price. The ravioli was so werid to an extent that I'm not even sure if it's caused by undercooking now.

It's my first time leaving a comment at openrice and I've never been that pissed by a restaurant to an extent that I have to leave a negative comment!

It costed us almost 600 for 3 person (lunch sets) for food this bad.

I've told all my colleagues never come to this restaurant.

另外呢就叫咗個Nduja Salami Spiralotto,一提到nduja就好記得上次喺拎嚟搽面麵,今次呢個特別嘅Spiralotto意粉其實就肥身嘅螺絲粉,個醬喺由Sun-dried tomatoes 同埋ricotta cheese 配上nduja調制而成,有ricotta cheese 起到掛汁作用,捲住喺啲扭扭意粉入面,每一啖都會有好sauce,喱個配搭真喺好好味。

甜品梗係要食意大利signature嘅Tiramisu同埋Panna cotta,兩款都超好味,Tiramisu都好有水準,特別都想讚吓個panda cotta,因為係白朱古力味,開頭諗住會奶味會重啲,但係估唔到食落個白朱古力味都幾重,當然配上佢哋嘅果jam,酸酸甜甜超好味。

,呢度特別要推介一下意大利威尼斯出名嘅餐前開胃酒Aperol Spritz,一嚟外表打卡真係幾唔錯,二來酸酸甜甜又真係幾開胃,亦都好適合女仔,因為主要都係氣泡酒同梳打水,混合aperol加橙。

其實有時候真係可以坐低慢慢傾吓偈,chill下飲下酒,同埋呢度環境都幾唔錯,你鍾意坐室內又得室外又得,任君選擇,額外比我發現,有時真係做到太攰3點幾都可以嚟飲杯啤酒$28/pint

Extremely poor service. While we have visited the restaurant a few times, this particular visit left us fuming. We came in on a Saturday evening at 730 ish. While the restaurant was busy, we patiently waited for our food and kept seeing customers that came after us getting their food. We followed up with the waiting staff and they kept telling us food will be ready but it never came. We cut our losses after 45 mins and decided to leave. The manager came out and told us he can’t explain the long

We came in on a Saturday evening at 730 ish. While the restaurant was busy, we patiently waited for our food and kept seeing customers that came after us getting their food. We followed up with the waiting staff and they kept telling us food will be ready but it never came.

We cut our losses after 45 mins and decided to leave. The manager came out and told us he can’t explain the long wait. We told him clearly that it was ok to forget the order, but at least be honest about the wait and left.

We will never visit this restaurant again and advise anyone to refrain if they expect to get any form of service from the restaurant. One should only Ask for Alonzo if they want disappointment

三文治有豬肉片、蕃茄、沙律菜。
麵包外面烘到脆脆,好好味。
除咗三文治,仲可以揀兩款配菜。
配菜有好多選擇,有薯條、沙律菜、烤新薯、炒菇、烤蘆筍。
我就揀咗沙律菜 同 烤新薯,沙律菜已經有黑醋調味,新薯上面撒咗啲芝士碎,食完好滿足😋

Wanted to make a reservation initially for 12:30pm online, however lunch hour slot was not available hence I called to ask for more detailed information.The guy who picked up the phone was nice and helpful, he mentioned lunch time usually is better to walk in, I asked if booking at table at 12pm but arriving 10 to 15 min late would be ok as the distance from the office to the restaurant takes some time, he replied, it should be fine. (If he didn't say Ok, I would have booked another restaurant)

The guy helped to reserve a table at 12 very quick over the phone so all good.

The day going to the restaurant as expected we arrived late, luckily the place still had more than 10 tables empty, the lady who attended us wasnt really friendly, we said we had a booking for 12pm, she said oh we only hold the table for 5 min (5 min? seriously? usually restaurants will hold the table for 10 min, I think this should be improved), and we have to return the table after 1 hour, we agreeed and she asked us if we wanted indoors or outdoors.

Service was overall ok from ordering the menu until then we finish lunch, they didnt push to give back the table as it took some time to get the starter and the main (they were short-staffed).

Food wise..it wasn't impressive, it was pretty normal. Would recommend the cold cuts and cheese as starter.

Make sure you follow their order sequence.Everyone must order the starter. Don’t break the rule, order your own starter, main and dessert. The guy is WAY TOO BOSSY!!!Come on this not a Chinese restaurantFood wise: we order 3 set lunch but not so impressive. The bread and the dipping was good. Suckling pig looks like a piece of rolled pork belly. Pasta and ravioli tasted same same with the same sauce. Overall food and service experience have so much room to improve

Food wise: we order 3 set lunch but not so impressive. The bread and the dipping was good. Suckling pig looks like a piece of rolled pork belly. Pasta and ravioli tasted same same with the same sauce. Overall food and service experience have so much room to improve

Horrendous food coupled with horrifying food quality. On an early Sunday amid the cold winter breeze, I craved for one of Alonzo’s signature Carbonara to only come to realise the Carbonara is preparing for the 2024 Summer Olympics, swimming in oil. We spoke to the manager, and the manager quickly responded without hesitation “it’s how it’s suppose to be” leaving me startled as clearly, it was pasta in oil - as opposed to my previous experience where the egg sauce was fused into the pasta itself.

Followed by the truffle sauce tortellini, where a fine hair was swimming in the depths of the truffle sauce as if it’s trying to disguise itself. Once again, the manager quickly took away the dish without comment, 5 minutes, 10 minutes has passed but even up until the moment we left, we heard no news of what went on.

Left unattended we were left with a full receipt with no acknowledgment. Consistency is vital in the F&B industry, and I’ve got to say (no pun intended) Alonzo has nailed it. Horrible all the way till the end.

For the office workers enjoying their 1 hour of their lovely lunch around the area, please refrain. Giving more chills than your bosses most likely.
