Bear's Lab (已結業)

最近食得太多，開始做運動，如果唔係就越嚟越肥。係飲食上面都比以前注意左好多，今日經過中環一間健康食品店，到處都係可愛亿北極熊裝飾，唔講以為係一間甜品店。食的都是新鮮自家製嘅有益食品，可以填飽個肚之餘，又唔會為你嘅身體增加額外卡路里。從Detox BowlDetox Bowl 顧名思義就係幫人排毒，除咗加咗新鮮嘅香蕉、士多啤梨、藍梅等等之外，仲有加咗有新鮮牛油果可以打成嘅沙冰，加埋腰果再食落去甜甜地。另外加咗一啲椰子乾，令整個食品更有咬口。Mean GreenMean Green 入面加了菠菜、羽衣甘藍等等，飲落去非常之滑，而且加上少少要果醬，飲落去甜甜地。Avocado Latte相反右邊嘅Avocado Latte 較淡身，不過牛油果味香濃，飲落去都幾飽肚。下次再試吓另外一啲色彩更加繽紛嘅飲品先。

Bear’s Lab係中環新開嘅一間輕食店，主打Smoothies bowl同健康飲品。好多中環OL同健康一族都話試過唔錯。不過草根今次去係為左佢個勁IG-able嘅花花牆。網上見好多人嚟影相，大家都係為左隻大熊啤啤同個玫瑰花牆。餐廳唔大，裝修簡潔企理。星期日的下午人流不多。Bear’s Açai Bowl ($78)呢個Bear’s Açai Bowl應該係全店最受歡迎👏🏻，將巴西莓、🍌香蕉、🍓士多啤梨🍐同梨等等打成果泥，做Smoothie Bowl個base，酸酸地好易入口。上面再加上新鮮生果，奇亞籽同椰子片🥥，口感同味道都好豐富，比想像中更好食👍🏻，凍食質感似沙冰雪糕🍦，不過健康好多😍，今次真係瘦住食甜品呀❤️🤤。Pina Colada ($56)香蕉🍌、菠蘿🍍、椰奶🥥再Mix埋Yogurt🍴，成個組合根本就唔會出錯！椰奶同香蕉令整個Smoothie Drink🍹質感變得更滑更傑身，都幾吸引！香蕉同菠蘿味都幾突出，酸甜度平衡得唔錯，好飲呢😋💕。更重要係飲去應該好幫到去廁所🙈 女仔好岩飲！Beetroot Latte ($42)草根姐妹👩🏻👧🏻都係大個左先真正接觸紅菜頭，一向冇話特別

最近都hit食呢種Smoothie Bowls😆混合左不同嘅superfood，無添加糖，又有營養又好食🙆🏻‍♀️開係中環嘅Bear’s Lab，環境細細，但設計好靚，照片打卡一流📷✨Bear’s Acai Bowl $78原諒我真係第一次食呢種smoothie bowl🙌🏻覺得真係好好食😍介乎沙冰同雪芭嘅口感，放耐左都唔會水汪汪，可以慢慢享受😝我揀呢個base係以苺味為主，當中混合左巴西莓、香蕉🍌、腰果醬、奇亞籽、椰子奶🥥、梨🍐、草莓🍓，topping有唔同嘅水果、椰子片、南瓜子同燕麥脆！超豐富🤤全部都無添加糖，靠食材自身天然嘅味道都已經好甜蜜！酸甜滋味好清新，配脆卜卜嘅椰子片同燕麥粒真係好正👍🏻不過對我嚟講就無咩飽肚感😂做下午茶啱曬Pina Colada $56濃濃嘅香蕉味同菠蘿味，質感稠杰，但口感依然smooth，飲完會有飽肚感💁🏻‍♀️Mean Green $60唔好睇佢綠色就以為係抹茶or牛油果，入面兩種成份都無😁係菠菜同羽衣甘藍啊😆呢嗰個質感無前者咁綿滑，比較稀身，感覺好清新，飽肚感唔高，但我好鍾意佢嘅草青味🙋🏻‍♀️感覺好健康xd 但如果計好飲就會係Pina Colada較優勝

Detox Bowl ($88)由巴西莓、香蕉、牛油果、菠菜同腰果醬Blend 成做base，toppings有奇亞籽、granola、士多啤梨、藍莓同香蕉。口感好smooth好rich，有苦澀既after-taste(應該係黎自菠菜)。除左健康、好味，仲好飽肚！我做完yoga之後食都覺得好夠，食完之後再做左一個鐘運動都唔覺餓！除左Smoothie Bowl，Bear’s Lab 仲有Vegan Latte! 雖然Bear’s Lab價錢比Supabowl既貴，但勝在款色多、有座位可以堂食，仲有打卡既花花牆同熊仔！

Bear’s Lab🐻而家中環又多咗個有得食smoothie bowl嘅地方啊👌今次試咗嘅係Detox Bowl ($88)🥗包括左avocado🥑, banana🍌, cashew butter, chia seeds, spinach, agave syrup🍯整體感覺幾清新唔會好甜，而且夠晒飽肚😆上面仲有唔同嘅生果🍓同埋椰子片🥥，食落唔會覺得單調飲品方面試咗Beetroot Latte ($42)同埋Matcha Spirulina Latte ($45)🍵兩款都係vegan lattes，不過未必人人都接受到嗰陣杏仁味嘅🙈

I was attracted to this shop by the pretty pastel and great decor. ordered an Acai smoothie and it was delicious as well as filling. Really hits the spot after a workout. My only concern was the service. Though I was the only one there, smoothie took 5 mins to make and the staff were eating while making my smoothie and proceeded to hand me my drink as they were munching on the other hand. Weird

下半1:30嘅中環，四周嘅咖啡店、珍珠奶茶店都擠滿了人龍，口渴極本來在網上看到有介紹呢間店，而未有太大動力去，而想有杯野飲下，所以行左去近flamingo Bloom的Bear’s Lab。-粉色裝修，簡潔menu，寬敞空間Okay，我收貨...叫左Pina Colada，坐住等5分鐘、接侍員攞去我枱面係清甜嘅菠蘿同椰香，有d咬口，唔似沙冰，有d似阿菠蘿乳酪雪糕嘅飲料版邊行邊飲係滋味嘅💖（唔好忘記佢比其他飲料更高營養)-回頭率：50%下次我經過會再度光顧

I think it was the super cute decor that drew me in. With a cute name like Bear's Lab, I thought it was a dessert shop. Was I ever wrong!Everything  was so pretty. Pastel colors. Flowers. After lunch hours, we were searching for ice cream/desserts. However, we came across this cute shop and decided to try it instead since it looks healthy and delicious. we ordered this green bowl and shared among the three of us. It was better than we expected, not too sweet and with all the healthy elements within this bowl of good. Will definitely come back next time when I want something sweet but healthy!

Super unique latte flavours...which usually means that the taste can be a little off. But this place nailed their 'Activated Charcoal Latte,' and the 'Matcha Spirulina Latte' (ordered by my father). This newly opened smoothie bowl/ juice shop in central caught my eye when I wandered back to office after lunch.
