We were craving for burgers thus, decided to try out Beef And Liberty in Central.I love their ambience, very nice vibe and a good look of the LKF view. I ordered their: 1. Chicken burger I though the burger was alright. Their chicken was battered and deep fried exhibit was just alright. I do love the sauce that came with it. The sweet potato fries that I ordered on the side was nicely cooked and seasoned. I would give it a 5.5/10.

【 中環🇺🇸Beef & Liberty 】🍔 - 美國菜💰- 人均$150恭喜發財🧧🧧牛年快樂！今日同大家介紹下(暫時係)我喺香港食過最好味嘅漢堡包🤩Beef & Liberty係由前文華酒店總廚Uwe Opocensky主理，呢間分店位於蘭桂坊，店內裝修得好有feel，一啲都唔似漢堡包店，chill住食真係第一次🍷① Cheese Burger with Liberty Fries $𝟣𝟣𝟫 + $𝟥𝟣餐牌上有11款burger，我揀左最basic：牛肉漢堡🥩+ Raclette芝士🧀+焦糖洋蔥嘅組合🧅，五成熟。第一啖已經被驚艷到，啲肉汁多到一路食一路滴，非常juicy🤤牛肉味濃，而且肉質剛剛好，唔會太生或者過熟。薯條方面有普通薯條、番薯條或者芝士肉醬薯條揀，我試左前前者🍟雖然唔係粗薯條，但食落充滿薯味，調味亦剛剛好，點埋芝士醬更加正～食物(5分滿分)⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️環境(5分滿分)⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️價錢(5分滿分)⭐️⭐️️️️️️⭐️「三頓飯」推介指數 🍚🍚🍚

Me and my friend managed to run into here before the lockdown at 6pm. The restaurant was very quiet and we had our seats at the corner. We only want a quick bite so both of us got a hamburger and a fries with drinks. The burger was juicy and seasoned beautifully. I love their mayo, it was spicy and I spread it all over the burger. The fries were crispy and the ginger drink that I’ve got was quite special.

同朋友lunch疫情二人餐，初時都唔知係食咩。打開餐牌，喔沙律，burger。唔係諗，我唔食菜。即刻叫個最邪惡既burger先。黎到，食，幾好味。朋友問我好唔好食，我話ok啦。之後佢話，你食緊既全部都係菜，係植物。頂，唔係掛，真係可以做到真既一樣？雖然聽得多，但係你俾我揀我都係食肉囉，點知就咁俾人坤左一鑊。不過都OK既，口感幾好，味都好似。Anyway可以再去。中環又有一間可以再去既鋪。Good.
