We were craving for burgers thus, decided to try out Beef And Liberty in Central.I love their ambience, very nice vibe and a good look of the LKF view. I ordered their: 1. Chicken burger I though the burger was alright. Their chicken was battered and deep fried exhibit was just alright. I do love the sauce that came with it. The sweet potato fries that I ordered on the side was nicely cooked and seasoned. I would give it a 5.5/10.

Me and my friend managed to run into here before the lockdown at 6pm. The restaurant was very quiet and we had our seats at the corner. We only want a quick bite so both of us got a hamburger and a fries with drinks. The burger was juicy and seasoned beautifully. I love their mayo, it was spicy and I spread it all over the burger. The fries were crispy and the ginger drink that I’ve got was quite special.

同朋友lunch疫情二人餐，初時都唔知係食咩。打開餐牌，喔沙律，burger。唔係諗，我唔食菜。即刻叫個最邪惡既burger先。黎到，食，幾好味。朋友問我好唔好食，我話ok啦。之後佢話，你食緊既全部都係菜，係植物。頂，唔係掛，真係可以做到真既一樣？雖然聽得多，但係你俾我揀我都係食肉囉，點知就咁俾人坤左一鑊。不過都OK既，口感幾好，味都好似。Anyway可以再去。中環又有一間可以再去既鋪。Good.

在中環蘭桂芳的Beef & Liberty, 星期一及三晚上推出 buy 🍔one get 🍔one free 漢堡包優惠，我和囝嚟叫個hk$99🍔漢堡包，我囝order 雞🍔, 而我order 牛🍔, 只叫一杯hk$39飲品，唔需加一服務費，只是hk$138蚊, 低食啊, 不過個🍔漢堡唔算大,  似兒童餐size,  而且無薯條伴碟, 如加伴碟要另加錢,  大人來此都是傾下計, 飲下野, 食氣氛, 應該未必為吃飽餐, 因為食物主打都是漢堡包 🍔, 選擇很有限。環境是舒服的，無咩人！ 服務員都很nice,  用英文對話。

The double smashed with cheese 🍔🍟•雙層芝士漢堡午餐，兩塊漢堡來自蘇格蘭，內裏有芝士，酸瓜、秘製芥茉醬汁，漢堡打得啱啱好唔會太鬆唔會太實，有牛肉味，如果塊漢堡生返少少仲好，成個漢堡厚薄適中，有時太太厚啲醬汁飛晒出嚟，呢個食完都唔會，另外個包都幾有誠意，唔會係一般現成嗰啲，午餐仲有薯條，甜薯條或沙律，食漢堡包梗係配薯條啦，揀咗個普通薯條同埋甜薯條，佢配嘅醬汁好特別，好有印度風，如果唔鍾意食佢跟嘅醬，可以陪佢嘅茄汁，係茄蓉汁特別好味，飲品好多種類，揀左個fresh lemonda , 好fresh !

星期五去lkf同朋友happy friday 😍 位置係加洲大廈都方便，餐廳裝修舒服夠chill 野食方面，因為唔食碳水，都擔心黎冇野食，好彩依道都可以包轉菜！叫左個bacon cheeseBacon 炸得好脆，芝士好乾身，芝士味唔濃。牛叫左medium rare, 但唔夠juicy, 切果時係一粒粒 蒸肉飯咁。個sweet onion就好香 加埋菜食仲夾。甜品方面，全部都試左好少，都幾好食，同埋真係肥😂整體黎講，唔係好明一間個名有beef既餐廳點降會整beef唔好食。。 反而甜品更出色。加上有漏單情況有d扣分, 不過價錢唔貴，食番個環境都抵既

手撕豬肉漢堡 The Notorious P.I.G. ($98)依次已經係第二次食，個手撕豬肉好正，麵包又跪跪地。記得之前食佢個煙肉芝士漢堡都好正，一定會再嚟。☕️Liberty薯條 Liberty Fries ($30)薯條本身已經好好味，加埋佢個秘製醬汁真係冇得頂。不過個醬汁有啲小，唔夠食成份薯條。☕️午夜驚醒 Midnight Wake Up ($98)呢杯係一杯有酒嘅milkshake，本身佢係用咗朱古力嬌酒chocolate liqueur，再加埋三球朱古力雪糕。但我哋將朱古力雪糕轉做雲呢拿雪糕，milkshake朱古力味依舊好濃郁，酒味亦都好重。

星期日放假想食好D，就去左蘭桂坊歎brunch🤪餐廳環境幾大，用左落地大玻璃，透入自然光，特別舒服寫意，staff都幾有禮貌，會好似女僕cafe咁為客人落單，service幾好👍🏻.Breakfast burger 8/10Burger包括左牛肉餅、煎香左煙肉、焦糖洋蔥絲，同埋流心煎蛋！多層次豐富口感，第一啖咬落去，流心蛋漏哂出黎，完全係大滿足🤤不用添加任何醬汁已很好吃.Chilli Cheese Fries 8/10肉醬濃香但唔膩，薯條依然香脆，食唔停口😋

喺中環想食burger，又想餐廳靚，寬敞，就會黎呢到。午餐經常同同事黎，但覺得夜晚服務好啲🤣，waiters 非常attentive, 同有禮貌！beef burger 當然首推，但falafel 係我啲外國同事推介嘅，佢哋話好好食，下次可以試吓👍🏾
