Not recommendable. There were several issues with our booking. Where shall I start:1. Unprofessional: For the context, our family voluntarily deposited a larger sum ($20K) at the beginning to ease up the later transaction for ourselves, despite the restaurant requiring only a deposit of $5K in advance. Anyway, on the day of the event when it was time to pay, the manager insisted that we had paid only half of that amount ($10K). We had to locate our digital receipt to prove ourselves. You could imagine how stressful proving such could be for a person worn out from hosting an elaborate function. 2. Not delivering the promised and deception: We had ordered beer jugs for our event. However, at the time of the event, when we asked for the jugs, the staff claimed that they didn't have them in stock and offered us to take the beer towers instead. Given that the restaurant was making up for their inability to prepare and deliver the promised item, we were surprised to see that they charged us additional for this. It felt much like being penalised for their ill-preparation. And more so that we had been set up for the trap. 3. Not delivering the promised: It was agreed that the food (buffet) would be served till 11:15pm. However, the trays were cleared by 11pm implying that the staff had begun putting the food away before 11. The buffet started over 15 mins late as well. Considering all, at least 30 minutes less of the promised service was offered. 4. Punctuality: The manager was around 2 hours late on the day of the meeting prior to the event, despite appointment.

I am very honored to describe to you the unforgettable Nepalese family children's birthday party I attended last night. The party was held at the “Blue Ocean” that serves Nepalese food, and I was very impressed by the restaurant's performance.Firstly, I must commend the restaurant for its diverse food offerings. Their menu provides a variety of Nepalese delicacies, and each dish made my mouth water. I was deeply attracted to the cooking skills displayed by their chefs and their careful selection of ingredients.Secondly, the restaurant's staff delivered excellent service. They greeted each guest with utmost politeness and made every effort to understand and meet everyone's requests and preferences. Whether it was for children or adults, they provided the same level of attention and care. Their professional attitude and thoughtful service made the entire party atmosphere warm and harmonious.Additionally, the location of the restaurant was very convenient. Whether by public transportation or walking, it was very easy to reach. This allowed the party attendees to easily find the restaurant without worrying about getting lost or facing transportation difficulties. Such convenience added even more convenience to the entire event.Overall, this restaurant that serves Nepalese food left a very deep impression on me. The diversity and deliciousness of their food, the politeness and dedication of the staff, and the convenience of the restaurant's location made the party a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious food and attentive service. I believe you will also be satisfied with their performance.

Surprised at the lack or reviews for this buffet at Jordan which is a Nepalese style but they do have bread with their curry which traditionally they have riceThere was chicken tikka, samosa, momos and then mutton curry with either rice or naan bread. Choy sum, soup, salad also provided.Masala tea or dessert, I chose the tea and it was nice just wish I had more than half a cup! But you do get a cold drink such as soda or water included.You won't go hungry! There's dahl if you're not keen on meatI would rate this place as 3.5/5, I would only take 0.5 off though due to overall experience. There are big groups of guys having discussions, I have to say they were either coughing or sneezing quite loudly. Not the restaurant's fault but added slightly to the fact that the staff do disappear. Wanted to ask the WiFi password, after a while just gave up

I have been there more than 6,7 times but there staff attitude is still same , I wouldn’t stop myself to write a review this time , one of the waitress were really rude ( fair skin girl with brownish hair) staff was ignoring us so many timesit’s really disappointing .Food wasn’t that tasty they used be before , pakora was so freaking hard I’m sorry but we didn’t enjoyed it with your service
