They were serving in family style, one course with the portion of 2 guests. 今次先為大家介紹嘅係一間幾新派嘅意大利餐廳-Carbone,位於LKF Tower 裡面,Blacksheep Restuarant Group 旗下,整間裝潢好elegant,塑造出一間歐式小餐館嘅風格,好多陶瓷藝術品同公仔,另外好欣賞佢嘅餐碟設計都好有藝術特質,好有心思🥰.今次試佢早前年頭嘅Blackseries, dinner set$498每人,包一款前菜/意粉,主菜同甜品,唔好睇得好少但絕對食到飽,以下係我今次嘅選擇,基本上個個都會咁揀🤣：.未上菜會先奉上幾款麵包(包括餐包,蒜蓉包同pizza咁款嘅包)每款包都係即焗好香脆,配以cold cuts ham 同服務員即刨落黎嘅芝士,配返杯house wine(red/white $88)係幾好嘅開始🍷[✨Spicy Rigatoni Vodka]係呢間餐廳嘅招牌,如果冇試過都唔好話食過 @carbonehongkong 長通粉口感煙韌,配以香辣🌶伏特加醬,蕃茄同洋蔥,酸酸辣辣,啲醬係長通粉個窿度溢出黎,好滋味,果然係招牌之作！.✨又一招牌之作,由於係🇺🇸x🇮🇹style,所以呢款Linz 肉眼牛扒亦非常出色,服務員會預先幫你切好

今次呢嚟到中環蘭桂坊附近嘅一間意大利餐廳食嘢。咁呢間都係黑羊集團旗下嘅餐廳，我就覺得信心有保證啦。咁依相片左邊去右邊介紹食物先。最左邊係馬里奧肉丸 Mario’s Meatballs. 每人加$78呢就可以享用到，係非常juicy,好香嘅蕃茄汁味，又有意大利屋企嘅感覺。前面啦你見到係有個包同埋芝士，同埋後面既一啲火腿呢其實都係一開始就比你嘅。咁右邊呢就係呢個第一道菜，香辣伏特加醬長通粉 Spicy Rigatoni Vodka. 入面有蕃茄、洋蔥、長通粉。咁就會加咗伏特加去令到佢更加有香味啦。然之後就到你覺得巴馬臣芝士雞扒 Chicken Parmesan. 香脆嘅雞扒呢，加上佢嘅芝士呢係非常之夾。肉質就鬆軟，皮就夠脆。芝士嘅香味，富豐富蛋白質嘅雞扒。口感味道氣味都一流。真係無論係韓國，香港定意大利，芝士同雞都係咁夾㗎。Ciao👋🏻👋🏻 Special Menu

本身以為呢間野好靚，點知冇咩特別。前菜d包唔錯，salami亦不錯這個pork rib 也不錯這個招牌rigatoni 也不錯基本上所有野也不錯就會變成呢間野冇咩特別lol 去一次夠

Most of Black Sheep's Restaurants that I've visited were above par when compared to industry standard, and Carbone is no exception. As soon as I sat down, the waiter served a small chunk of parmesan cheese from the wheel close to the entrance. 有一陣沒來Carbone了，很想念，今天爬完山突然想要來吃。進電梯的時候兩個人還念叨要吃減肥餐，不能點牛排，電梯門都沒開，便又改了主意，牛排還是得點！Carbone這種餐廳，來了不吃多離開幾乎是不可能的，減肥這個詞在這裡是不存在的！之前來Carbone都是喝到盡興，往往是最後離開的一桌，今天不能喝酒，但是光影之中的氣氛還是如此美好，讓人陶醉。Caprese，這裡做很重口味，橄欖油和salsa verde都放的量很足。Octopus Pizzaiolo，今天的octopus肉質有點老了，不太好嚼，算是今晚唯一的小問題，但是味道絕對在線。最喜歡裡面的烤紅椒，甜甜的，很juicy，搭配octopus或者土豆都好吃。Spicy rigatoni vodka每此必點，一盤兩個人吃真的不夠，感覺自己消滅一盤分分鐘就可以。不知道這裡如何做的這麼creamy、這麼入味，酸酸甜甜裡面有一絲絲辣。NY bone in strip，傳統的牛排，沒什麼花哨，肉質很好，烤的恰到好處，5分熟也不覺得老，肉筋交錯搭配，口感和味道都太棒了！
