We just went to this shop very randomly in one evening. The environment is quite chill and relax.We walked in the restaurant with some expectation of pasta. We ordered a carbonara. The taste of the cheese isn’t quite alright. The pasta doesn’t feel like fresh made (maybe they did not claim, my false expectation).I would say it’s fair. Just the price made me to have some higher expectation.

2/5Tried carbonara and pesto, very good pesto sauce, is gives you a wow when you taste it. I’m alright with the Carbonara but my friend like it better. But the pasta itself is not nice, no flavour, texture. If they could change to a good pasta, I might give them a 4 instead.

本身對西餐pasta情有獨鍾，慢慢就會去追求香港正宗既pasta. 上網搵到casa pasta有正宗carbonara食，立即打電話訂位，帶埋毛孩一齊黎睇住我地食。一路向上，行左幾十級樓梯，終於到左。店舖細細，我地有毛孩當然坐出面。叫左一份carbonara, 一份risotto, 一份pizza. Carbonara係正宗無cream，有蛋既，意粉al dente，十分。Pizza都算水準以上既，芝士充足，麵團唔算太厚，可以。Risotto有啲失望，意大利米煮得唔夠入味，我明白香港人係偏向食軟身啲嘅意大利飯，不過呢個飯真係有啲過硬。****************評分 : 7/10簡評 : 隱世carbonara

好耐之前已經bookmark左呢一間餐廳一直都諗住如果係港島staycation 就必試終於的起心肝 琴日去左試！佢嘅款式唔算好多主要都係大路意粉嘅醬汁為主我自己諗咗好耐 到底要試蜆嘅carbonara定佢哋嘅自家製pesto好😆最後我都係揀咗pesto睇到有啲評語話佢啲意粉好硬身可能因為我拎到返酒店都要一段時間所以開始食嘅時候 意粉質地都有啲偏硬嘅不過係我可接受嘅範圍之內🥰🥰openrice 用恆生cash dollar 外賣自取成餐飯我只係比左$1🤣🤣🤣不過美中不足嘅係個人覺得佢個pesto 可以再增加多少少油膩感不過overall 我都好鍾意 亦會再去試下其他味☺️

鋪頭都真係有啲偏僻，得幾個位，同埋全部都係外賣容器🙈Carbonara $108Spaghetti 偏硬同有咬口嗰種，但就無乜麥味，個carbonara 醬蛋香重，但唔知點解有種hollandaise 嘅酸味🤔guanciale 要用啲牙力好咬😂同埋無乜鹹香食到最後覺得好滯以呢個價錢食到more ‘authentic’ 嘅carbonara 的確唔錯，但我唔會話係好好食
