I had dinner at my beloved Causeway Bay Ceylon Café again.
As you can see, the pork chop could really fill up 2 persons and it was really
great value for money. Food-wise, it was just perfectly cooked and being not
too well done. Just made and extremely juicy. I regard tonight’s great dinner
as some kind of comfort food after a hard day’s work. And regarding services,
the whole team offered me excellent services; definitely 6-star. I would highly
recommend their set dinner to everyone. To recap on the lovely pork chop, the
sauce to go with it was simply perfectly blended, whereas the degree of
stickiness was just impeccable. Hotel standard, really.

Such unmatched quality of pork chop and sauce belongs to a hotel restaurant.

我又在我心爱的铜锣湾锡兰咖啡馆吃了晚餐。正如你所看到的，猪排真的可以让两个人吃饱，而且真的很划算。从食物上看，它是完美地煮熟了，做得恰到好处，而且非常多汁。我把今晚的大餐看作是一天辛苦工作后的某种安慰性食物。关于服务，整个团队为我提供了出色的服务；绝对是六星级的。我强烈推荐他们的套餐给大家。回顾一下可爱的猪排，与之搭配的酱汁简直是完美的混合，而粘性的程度则是无可挑剔的。酒店的标准，真的。这种无与伦比的猪排和酱汁的质量属于酒店餐厅的范畴。

Each morning I order the tomato soup breakfast at this restaurant and I wish to seriously point out the following:

1. Food quality is 6-star

2. Price is reasonable, BEING BELOW FIFTY

3. Service is 6-star

4. Management is perfect

To elaborate, the soup must have been made from fresh tomatoes to generate that kind of thickness, creaminess and unmatched favour. I can see
the lady chef brewing it in a small pot over an open fire. Regarding the beef in soup, it is tender and 95% cooked. And to accompany all the above
mentioned are scramble eggs, which are smooth as silk. And as for the small toast and ham, they are never overcooked. Everything is value for
money. And affordable.

I usually order a hot drink to sum up everything and I have never been disappointed about the portion. Lastly, the staff are extremely polite.

而且价格实惠。

我通常会点一杯热饮来总结一切，我从未对分量感到失望。最后，员工们都非常有礼貌。
