 位於西環的Chico Chica，門口有得泊車都幾方便。 入面裝修醒神， 有氣派有氣氛，約朋友嚟傾計一流。每款食物都係偏向細份， 兩個人食就剛剛好， 可以叫多幾樣嚟食。牛脷估唔到係好嫩滑，好似食緊塊排，要切。US Prime Short Rib相反夠細份, 可以一啖食唒，煮得剛剛好，新鮮juicy。西班牙油炸鬼 做到很短, 配上肉桂粉及巧克力醬好滋味,  連平時唔係好食甜品嘅我都不禁大讚 由於今日揸了車, 叫了一杯無酒精飲品, Chan Pei梳打有少少陳皮味，不是太濃。西班牙餐廳去過幾間,  呢間如果搭地鐵要行幾步, 揸車嚟就很方便. 

西營盤以前是係一個陌生嘅地方，而家有了地鐵，過來找吃很方便.Chico Chica 嘅裝修 有啲似係bar restaurant, 我們在坐門口的位置, 對著大街, 因為車子不多, 感覺挺舒服.Truffle Jamon Bikini 黑松露火腿三文治，做到很薄，麵包香脆，黑松露,芝士及火腿是簡單食材，配合在一起， 以西班牙菜既方式處理，另有風味。 Tortilla西班牙蛋餅，上面一個"A字"夠醒目。Tortilla是由雞蛋和薯仔製成，蛋香撲鼻，一切開，有芝士流出，食落鬆軟。Veal Tongue 牛舌很嫩口，新鮮又多肉汁。唔鍾意凍飲仲有熱飲lemon ginger 檸檬薑特飲，可以暖下身，又養生。最特別竟然係 買單會送來一個紅色中式蒸籠, 走嘅時候 , 令你留下深刻印象。呢一間服務超好，在舊區搵食，人情咪多D。

Chico Chica是一間西班牙餐廳，而西班牙菜又以細細碟的Tapas為主，記得兩年前跟朋友來過，就對它的美味Tapas留下深刻印象。最近星仔因為腳傷，所以即使天氣涼了我們都沒有行山，所以假日就唯有到處吃吃逛逛。今次就找了一個周末，再訪Chico Chica。＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊中午的Chico Chica有Brunch Set供應，$158/人(最少2位起)就可以食到兩款Tapas、西班牙炒飯和餐茶，價錢比卦散叫抵食，如果好酒的朋友，亦可以考慮加$168就可以有２小時任飲紅白酒。Bread Tomato+Serrano Ham麵包很薄，烘得非常香脆，上面澆上番茄汁，食落帶點酸香。旁邊的風乾火腿不會過鹹過乾，放上麵包上吃非常好味。Truffle Jamon BikiniTruffle Jamon Bikini其實就是火腿芝士黑松露三文治，雖然看似簡單，但麵包烘得香脆，黑松露香味突出，芝士半融，配得得很好。TortillaTortilla是一道西班牙蛋餅，這個蛋餅上次我也有點，蛋餅上以醬汁劃成的圓形’Ｏ’和'A'分別就是代表店名Chico Chica。先拌勻醬汁再切開蛋餅，蛋

呢排天寒地凍, 難得星期六可以瞓晏D, 瞓醒覺已接近食早餐的尾聲, D食肆餐廳差不多就來做午市, 剛起身又不想去食午餐呢D咁heavy的嘢, 於是無聊的上網尋找何處有brunch食, 在屋企隔離幾條街竟然有一間, 很是開心, 梳洗好之後就徑直去找那間從未食過的餐廳,因為我想食個brunch.入到這間細細間的餐廳裡面, 見到的枱枱櫈櫈乾淨整潔, 一座低, 侍應便幫我們酙上熱水, 在這只有幾度的天氣底下, 奉上一杯熱氣騰騰的熱水好窩心, 很快我們便落定order等食我們的brunch了.首先上來的是Bread Tomato加Serrano Ham, 真的是番茄多士再加上西班牙風乾火腿, 是新鮮的番茄打成番茄蓉再涂抺在已焗到脆卜卜的多士上, 很清新, 新鮮番茄的天然酸甜味就像是果占, 但真的是無加油, 無加塩, 無添加任何佐料的新鮮番茄蓉再加上咸咸地的火腿令到無味但相當鬆脆的多士變得相當唔平凡, 這種食法我都是第一次食, 很特別但真的是非常好味, 無論是多士, 番茄蓉加上風乾火腿, 原汁原味, 味道及食法非常夾, 令人開胃而且口有余香, 回味無窮.跟住, Croquettas Jamon來到

Nice Spanish food found in Sai Ying Pun, located near the MTR station which is easy to find. decoration is in Spanish style !! The store can accommodate like 20-30 people so better do booking in advance ! it has the brunch set menu during weekend for 2 people! tomato toast with aged ham truffle bikini ! Very nice ! Honestly, I'm not a big fan of Spanish food.quite interesting. like potato with minced meat scallop is fresh, but the sauce is too sour cheese and ham with truffle - items with strong flavours of their own but this combination tastes great surprisingly quite dry and too chewy - not recommended

今晚相約了老朋友吃飯，來到這家位於西營盤的西班牙餐廳，店子呈長形，感覺很潮。 先點飲品，Lychee Crush ($68)，味道天然，荔枝味清新。 Shiso Garden ($58)，果味濃，淡淡的酒味，味道很受落，略嫌太少了。 Hanger Beef ($158)，牛隻橫隔膜中間的位置，味道濃郁且非常柔嫩，被稱為Butcher's Tenderloin，是屠夫會自己帶回家吃的牛排部位。 西班牙油炸鬼($68)，配上熱騰騰的朱古力醬來吃，好味非常，還附上咖啡味雪糕。 Scallop Cappuccino ($88), 很法式feel ，鮮甜的帶子再加上香甜的果蓉加啫喱，口感豐富。

今日下班後，和朋友去西環吃晚餐。由於我有事遲到，朋友先行前往餐廳，幸好西環的街道以第一二三為名，不難便找到餐廳。Chica's Salad $75每天外出吃飯，有時侯為健康著想，我和好友勻會選擇一客沙律。餐廳名為名的沙律，以紅菜頭，洋蔥，青瓜組成，沙律以紅菜頭醬調味，雖然份量不多，但小而美味。Roasted Spanish Suckling Pig $268吃西班菜，除西班牙海鮮飯，西班牙燒乳豬也是另一必點之選。價錢不平的燒乳豬，需等侯約40分鐘時間，我對它期待萬分。燒乳豬份量剛好可兩人分享，乳豬片烤得非常香脆，薄薄的乳豬皮脆得一切即碎，皮下帶有脂肪，油香豐盈。乳豬肉嫩腍至極，骨肉輕易分離，肉香鮮美，值得等侯40分鐘呢。Lychee Crash Lemon Thyme $68

位於西環的Chico Chica ，是一間的小型西班牙的餐廳。是日相約媽媽來到吃晚餐，今天我放假，由朝早吃到晚上，已經是我第六餐呢。Truffle Jamon Bikini $98餐廳的黑松露多士是招牌菜之一。薄薄的多士一客共四小片，小而薄，因此以Bikini為名。內裡夾著黑松露，西班牙火腿，芝士，鹹香美味。黑松露份量十足，每囗都沖擊著粒粒松露囗感。咬開吐司能拉出芝士絲，惟份量略少不夠滿足呢。Sesfood Paella for Two$208到西班牙餐廳，又如何能不吃西班牙海鮮飯呢。最近一星期已嚐過三次Seafood Paella，不知這間餐廳的味道如何呢？這裡的西班牙海鮮飯以煲仔飯的煲呈上，帶點中式色彩。海鮮飯中有 蝦四隻，青囗，蜆肉等海鮮，更有加入五花豬肉，蝦和青囗質素不錯，但蜆肉吐沙不足，大部份蜆肉也有沙呢。米飯略為濕潤，蕃茄味道特出，若乾身一點更好呢。Churros $68吃光主菜後，當然是甜品環節吧。老闆問我們夠不夠飽，哈哈哈，你應該不知道我一天吃多少東西吧。甜品共有二種，我選擇沒酒精成份的西班牙油炸鬼。Churros炸得香脆，撒上肉桂粉，囗感輕盈煙靭曾在香港和法國吃過不少
