In Chinese New YearI and my family planned to go Stanley to have a lazy walk ,And so we decided to have a tea break there as well.As we had had lunch before we went there,So we just simply want something light and a good cup of coffee.And here we were ,classified !Their place is always quite spacious and comfortable ,however their food quality seemed go down too much !We ordered the bacon sandwich and this is it!$53 -with simply 2 slices of breach and a bacon 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻Latte No taste of coffee

悠閒地跟友人同遊赤柱想揾下tea食就見到呢間之前都有食過其他分店今次都就試下啦我地叫咗classified breakfast 無乜特別Egg benedict 味係可以既，但個賣相求其咗啲Beef burgerTomato salad仲有兩杯野，都幾好飲環境幾好，可能假日個個都坐戶外有我地有小朋友店員都好細心咁比畫紙同蠟筆小朋友玩

來到赤柱吃喜愛的classified!同朋友來lunch,叫左一個Angus Beef Burger ($110) 同埋一個Classified Breakfast（$108)來share飲品就係2杯cappuccino（$33/each）!麵包係少見啲嘅白麵包，沒有金黃色嘅表面，上面灑滿黑白芝麻。拉開burger兩邊，雙眼即刻開亮由上至下有bacon, cheese, Angus Beef (medium), mushroom, potato, unions. 每一樣樣都好好，牛煎得好香好濃郁好juicy，洋蔥粒好香好夾，芝士一塊剛剛好，唔會太漏又加到分而蔬菜方面，蕃茄同側邊嘅酸瓜都好fresh!尤其係酸瓜，係我係香港餐廳食過最新鮮嘅！Classified breakfast 好豐富，特別推介腸仔同埋滑溜溜嘅蛋條腸仔真係好正！Cappuccino好香，咖啡香醇，微甜香帶甘，泡身厚實！好飲。每次都好有水準嘅classified，給我帶來perfect池的lunchTotal: $320

心血來潮朋友車入去赤柱食早餐，泥到大名鼎鼎嘅classified .好多時呢啲餐廳都會叫all day breakfast ~ 但嗰日冇咩胃口，所以呢就點左個香蕉 pancake 再配楓糖漿。點知咁樣就中咗伏啊！個pancake乾到不行，乾到唔知點形容，温度只係暖，肯定唔係即整，一點水份都無，也沒有牛油香，很傷心！香蕉正常，楓糖醬很水！收$100 的早餐，請求認真一點啊星期日的美好早餐就係咁樣。

星期日嘅日子，唔係去玩，而係溫習考試，所以要食份靚早餐打打氣，呢間赤柱廣場餐廳無試過，去到門口好開揚，門口有戶外枱，我哋入內見唔到有店員指揮，先坐在近門口大木枱，頭頂嘅紅色竹製大燈罩好搶眼，場內8城係外國人，餐牌全英文，連店員都係英文人，因為星期日關係，好多外國人小朋友，所以枱面都幾污糟！坐低睇餐牌，唸好食乜，都未有店員招呼，我見有食客去櫃檯落單，咪行去櫃檯落單，店員全部著便服，唔係見佢哋做嘢，都唔知佢哋係店員（名牌都無一個）之後坐低，隔一陣落單位男店員攞兩杯外賣包裝嘅飲品比我，見我哋坐低咗，先問我係唔係唸住堂食！我話係之後，佢個表情怪怪地，行去廚房改單，我先意會到佢哋外賣先去櫃檯落單！之後食物上枱就用番堂食規格！($75)：奄列滑蛋味濃，入面好多蔬菜，所以增加爽口感，沙律爽口，以紅椰菜為主，帶甘味！酸醋汁開胃！又唔會水汪汪，剛好包裹啲菜！sirloin steak and egg(4oz)($120)牛扒牛肉味濃，我要5成熟都做到，牛扒淋身唔韌，牛味濃，煎蛋好滑！夾麥包，麥包鬆軟外脆，好好味！伯爵茶：茶包沖開，夠熱好香，我無落奶，只落糖，已經好解膩，Pineapple Juice：酸

要食個早餐對我黎講難過登天.....星期一至五晨早就要返工，星期六日又想補補眠瞓晏啲先至起身，所以基本上要係朝早時段食早餐，都冇乜機會。趁住今日去赤柱幫朋友做兼職，就去咗Classified食個靚早餐先至開工，明明西貢就有間。叫咗個scrambled egg and sourdough.呢隻麵團係用自然方法培養啲酵母菌味道帶有少少酸澀味，唔需要用啲人工嘅添加劑，都可以散發出一種自然嘅味道，口感質地普通麵包較為煙韌。同埋個滑嫩炒蛋一齊食，真係簡簡單單，唔需要再有其他配料。食完個豐富早餐，我心情大滿足，精精神神返工去。

Classified always impresses me with its yummy menu. UNlike many other restaurants, usually it is hard to find healthier options for if you are on a diet or wanting to eat something a bit lighter, yet Classified always has plenty of options, whether you are starving or just want a nibble. 星期天好好天梗係去下沙灘啦去之前梗係要食飽先啦!!同友人去既時候佢想試下Classified，我自己都未試過，就去試試可能過左lunch時間所以都唔爆一去到諗左諗叫左一個salad一個pizza試試啦Quinoa Salad - 幾特別，因為除左D菜同dressing之前有orange, 其實都係見有橙先揀XDMexican Pizza - 本來都無咩expectation，都可能係咁，就係驚起Pizza底好黏韌，好好咬口，除此之外仲好新鮮，好熱辣辣Pizza既tomato sause都較得岩岩好，茄味濃之餘又唔酸為左佢會再試下其實Classified既Pizza!! 因為Pizza係我賣飛佛之一哈哈

早前的一個週末與朋友去赤柱走走。大家都想在區內食個early dinner才出返市區。不過海岸那邊選擇隨多，但我們嫌人太多和嘈吵，於是又往美利和赤柱廣場方向看看有沒有什麼餐廳會較合眼緣的吧。最後我們決定去氣氛輕鬆休閒，門面又開陽的Classified靜靜地食餐飯吧。餐廳有提供daily special，可選湯或沙律配意粉（$108）， 和湯或沙律配panini包（$88）。選擇都寫在牆上的黑板。朋友選了份煙鴨胸沙律配香蒜蘑菇意粉。而我就選了份Burrata 芝士配火箭菜、番茄沙律（＄150），還有我很喜歡的炸薯條（＄39）。Burrata 芝士味道有淡淡的奶香，雖未算很流心但味道頗新鮮嫩滑。那甜甜又濃的balsamic醋幾香不錯。火箭菜、番茄沙律就很一般，番茄味道很淡，無‘番茄’味。 朋友的煙鴨胸沙律看來不錯。香蒜蘑菇意粉我也分享了一些。意粉煮得軟硬適中，味道簡簡單單，頗香蒜味。當然如果更爆香就必定會更惹味。一向愛吃薯條，尤其這裡的chilli fries。炸得鬆脆帶點微辣，再點著鹹香的chorizo mayo醬，真是美味！
