Enjoy it with a slice of bread 🍞 is the best! Starting it off with some of the best foie gras 🦆 I have ever tried! It was oily and when mixed with the crème brûlée, the flavour is further enhanced! 餐廳走歐洲式復古路線,幾有情調,特意同朋友來試吓近日推出嘅四道菜menu,可以選擇配pasta($288)或者Main($368)。1️⃣ 頭盤🌟鵝肝 燉蛋 伴 法式煎多士鵝肝面層焦脆,入口鮮嫩油香。牛油多士蘸上松露沙律醬,可以中和油膩感。 而鵝肝嘅底層嘅燉蛋,令口感層次提升。🌟香草醬焗田螺 伴 脆薯餅田螺幾彈牙,伴隨香草醬的香氣。加上薄薄一層焗薯餅,口感更油滑。2️⃣ 湯🌟新英倫周打海鮮湯 |古法牛尾清湯牛尾清湯幾清新。個人更喜歡周打海鮮湯,蜆肉鮮甜幾多料。3️⃣ 主菜🌟炭燒美國安格斯西冷 配 焦糖洋蔥 伴 燒汁西冷肉質鮮嫩滿滿油香,炭燒的做法令肉香提升,再配上焦糖洋蔥,令整體帶點甜香。🌟️慢煮紐西蘭羊架 配 焦糖蘋果 伴芥茉籽汁紐西蘭羊架頗大件,但內𥚃幾鮮嫩唔鞋口。面頭塗上厚厚嘅香草醬提升咗香氣,而焦糖蘋果幾爽脆,同芥末籽汁都好夾。4️⃣ 甜品❣️法式焦糖燉蛋焦糖大大塊焦香脆口,燉蛋質感略稀,但甜度剛好。❣️芒果熱情果切餅味道酸酸甜甜相當清新,擺盤幾有心思,加分。
