后悔当年开在九如坊的时候没来得及吃,如今两家店都搬进了冷气十足的商场/写字楼,一下就没有在阳光炽烈的街头嗦粉的感觉了。·虽然价格也变贵了,但味道还是让我愿意隔三差五来吃、并且用相机拍的喜欢。·【三黄鸡Pho】【牛肉饼Pho】这里的Pho跟常见的款式不太一样,并且在造型上走出了自己的风格。海量的香草漂浮在热气腾腾的汤头,碗边竖着两截大油条,如果说卖相还有几分路边摊的狂野,但调味足以让你窥见其细腻。·三黄鸡汤搭配大缕大缕、口感柔嫩的三黄鸡丝,牛骨汤搭配又厚又阔、跟汉堡肉差不多扎实的牛肉饼,一个是灵动的浓鲜,一个是温厚的醇鲜,缠绕着一丝清爽的薄荷香气,个人更爱鸡汤Pho!·金边粉口感不错,但第二次吃发挥不稳定。空调房待了一天,喝点热乎的汤别提多舒服。最妙的是当油条蓬松的气孔吸饱了汤汁,大口咬下时鲜味随即被柔韧的组织拉扯出来,超越了单喝汤的满足感。·【烤牛肉Banh Mi】吃过用槟榔叶包裹起来的烤牛肉,但它跟越式法包的有趣组合还是第一次见到。外层薄而脆有点像紫菜,里面的牛肉弹韧油润多汁,肉香中润进一缕植物辛香。其他配料跟常见的越式法包差不多,肝酱涂抹得很大方,份量也能吃爽。·【香茅烤鸡Bun】烤鸡大块厚实、嚼劲十足,但嫩一点会更好。用的不是檬粉而是圆溜溜的粗米线,爽滑弹韧,比金边粉的口感更喜欢。以鱼露为主的调味咸鲜回甜,夏天太闷热没胃口,在这碗凉爽的bun面前不存在的。·【鲜虾蒸米粉皮】虽然是前菜,但份量真能当主食。粉皮形似刀削面,不过口感滑润,跟肠粉挺像,微辣的调味加鱼露就足够开胃,烤花生和炸干葱更是作弊调味神器,酥脆喷香,忍不住捞了个干净。·【越南咖啡Panna Cotta】咖啡味香浓且不甜,意式奶冻的吉利丁比例略高,口感还可以再扎实绵密一点。

中同聚又來了,近排天氣好唔穩定,都盡量會揀啲唔洗喺室外行太遠嘅地方。今次試去太古廣場試越南嘢。menu印喺餐枱紙上面,一坐低,職員就叫我哋 scan menu 上面嘅 QR code睇中文餐牌。太耐無見啲朋友,一坐低互相update近況,傾咗5分鐘左右,職員已經走過嚟2次問我哋落單未😮💨見到我哋傾計,無scan QR code,又覺得好炆,重覆幾次叫我哋快啲scan😑
職員咁心急,我哋唯有即刻睇menu,當我哋討論緊揀咩食物嘅時候,職員又再走過嚟問我哋想食咩,又問食唔食牛呀,我哋只好即刻落單,食餐飯都要無端端俾人chur🤦🏻♀️BÚN MOC - $138其中一個朋友唔食牛,佢就叫咗一份豬骨香菇湯麵。湯麵嘅份量大,配料又多,有豬肉丸、豬肉香菇丸、扎肉、草菇、鵪鶉蛋、五花腩、炸乾蔥,仲有大量芫荽。偏食嘅朋友當然係第一時間,將所有芫荽轉移去食芫荽嘅朋友度😝講返個湯麵先,湯底睇落好清,但係好濃味。唔會太咸,亦無豬肉嘅羶味。豬肉丸 同 香菇丸 都好彈牙,五花腩真係肥瘦平均,唔會食到成口油。BÁNH MÌ TRUYỀN THỐNG - $118哩個係朋友極力推介嘅豬肉越南包。配料咩都有啲,有扎肉、五花腩、肉鬆、青瓜、酸菜,同芫荽。越南菜都好鍾意落芫荽🤔個包烘到脆脆,每款配料都好夠味,放埋一齊好惹味。麵包已經預先切半,進食嘅時候方便啲,同朋友share交換食都好方便。包嘅份量對於女仔夠食,男士可能食湯麵會飽啲。BÁNH MÌ THỊT GÀ NUỚNG - $108我自己就揀咗雞肉越南包。配料種類無豬肉包咁多,有雞肉、青瓜、酸菜,同大量芫荽🙈,好快手即刻夾走哂🤣雞肉好嫩,雞肉包同豬肉包一樣,麵包搽咗肝醬同蛋黃醬,越南法包烘到好脆。雖然兩款包啲配料都裝到滿滿,但係食嘅時候,唔會跌到周圍都係,算係易食嘅包。CÁNH GÀ CHIÊN - $98GỎI CUỐN TRUYỀN THỐNG - $98我哋每人叫咗一個主食自私食,再叫咗兩款小食。一個炸雞翼,一個米紙卷。炸雞翼脆漿外皮食到有啲牛油味,但係炸粉好厚,而且食落去成口油,結果我哋撕走哂個炸粉。炸雞翼係全翼連埋雞翼尖,所以進食有啲唔方便,雞肉無乜味,都唔係特別嫩。我哋一致認為成個小食最好味係啲焗花生🤦🏻♀️另外一個小食係比較common嘅米紙卷。餡料揀咗扎肉、鮮蝦,除咗肉類,仲有生菜 同 芽菜。平時食米紙卷都係配一個比較稀嘅醬汁,哩間餐廳係俾海鮮花生醬。米紙卷本身無咩味道,但係個醬幾好食。夾埋一齊食都可以,不過就無咩特別,唔係特別出色。整體用餐體驗都係一般,一開頭入座嘅時候,俾職員不停催落單,而且環境較嘈。枱與枱之間係有啲距離,其他食客講嘢都唔係好大聲,都聽唔到其他人嘅對話內容,但係成個環境就好嘈,加上餐枱比較深,唔係好聽到對面朋友講嘢🙈主食味道同份量都唔錯,相對小食嘅水準就差啲,結論係可以skip小食😮💨暫時會將哩間餐廳放入「無下次」系列。

walked in wed late lunch ,roomy and clean environment with hip background music , had pho ga the chicken soup with hand cut noodle , which in a fine texture of flatten rice noodle , soup base clear and tasty top with shredded chicken meats & herbs , side with chilli for enhancing , snack of cha gio the spring rolls , filled with pork and taro , crispy outer and soft inner the fresh of ingredients of tastes , side with salted sauce ,overall good portion ,friendly and helpful service

貴但係食物一般,唔值🥲餐廳位於金鐘,夜晚入咗去食碗越南米線BÚN BÒ HUẾ牛肉豬骨湯,燒蔥,薑,香茅,菠蘿,豬肉蘑菇丸,振興牛肉丸,生牛肉片,牛腱,扎肉腸,炸亁蔥,鮮香草,米線餐牌係越南名同埋英文版,可以scan QR code中文版➡️味道方面生牛肉片同扎肉腸都不錯,份量普通,自己不太喜歡湯底味道➡️價錢方面138 加10%服務費➡️餐廳環境裝修上有大排檔風味,光暗適中

We ordered two pho, we specifically requested no "coriander" but green onion is fine, and the waitress with long hair and glasses said they can do that for us.When the pho came, it is full of "coriander". At that moment we think that maybe they just forgot and so we kindly ask the waiter to double check. the waiter said "let me check for you”. He came back with the same noodle bowl. This is the 2nd funny part: he take the exactly same bowl of noodles back to my table and walk away🙃My partner was furious, he spoke to the waitress who took the order for us and told her about what just happened. The most funny part is coming: she said it with attitude "there is no coriander in it!! That is basil!! Bla bla bla"Idk she is lack of knowledge of what herbs are in there or she is not aware that there are people can’t eat coriander in HK. We just felt so confused about why is it so difficult to understand what we asked. We gave up and I start taking the pieces out by chopstick. The manager came and told us it’s not “coriander”, it’s a Vietnamese version of coriander which call "cilantro"(like for the love of god, you can just inform us when we order instead of saying nothing abt it) but she is happy to re-make one for us. My partner was so pissed because the whole episode is already 30 mins and we still can’t eat our food properly. At the end, they gave us a new bowl with no herbs and spring onion on the side. Given the price of a pho here is $138 plus 10% service charge, they can have done way better and without attitude. You go to a Cha Chen teng and can simply get the job done with half of the price. I would not recommend this place, price is too high for what it is and service is very amateur.
