今日,我求其買份三文治嚟食做午餐。沙律有塊蕃茄,薯仔沙律啲沙律都幾淋左唔算多沙律。沙律味有少少酸。塊蕃茄就比較薄身。所以食唔到件蕃茄嘅質感。薯仔沙律啲薯仔就切成粒狀。麵包就幾軟熟。如果15蚊買一份三文治本應就抵嘅。但薯仔嘅成本真係好貴?搞到個薯仔沙律唔多,搞到食到到喉唔到肺。

Found out that they had gelato at Das Gute so went there for it.I was hoping to get the mint chocolate or Darjeeling but the Darjeeling was sold out.It was pretty cheap for $20.However when I got the Gelato, the presentation was a bit funny, it was gelato smeared on the edges with a side that was empty.My friend who had it from this branch a few hours before me said her cup of gelato was normal.Anyway, the yoghurt gelato was on the sweet side but it was quite nice with a flavour that is similar to yakult.

我今日行這間面包店. 見到我至愛的GELATO 好開心阿. 其他分店又唔見有得售. 灣仔分店竟然有, 價格唔算太貴. 可惜款色實在太少. 得兩種雪糕. 三種雪芭. 我買左個香蕉朱古力味. 香蕉味很重. 有粒子在內. 有碎凍. 有意大利個種質感, 雪糕拉拉粘粘的. 朱古力味不太重. , 不太甜. 我比較鍾意. 一杯都算不少. 吃完都飽飽地.服務員好NICE 比我試味先才購買.

本身對呢間的期望幾高。。。直至尋日我買了一個芒果拿破倫同媽咪慶祝生日切的時候就覺得有問題,因為切唔開pastry 放得太耐了。。。而且color 頗深,睇落同食落都唔新鮮,好失望。。。當日下午其實我仲食左焦糖mosse cake, 寫明係招牌講真,得個甜,同食唔到有焦糖味。。。

呢幾個月因為要減肥,所以不停研究點樣可以食得健康啲。我好中意食麵包, 不過依家都唔可以食太多,因為一般麵包店賣嘅個裝麵包又油又蛋又糖,食完更加肥!而且只用小麥粉做嘅麵包比較高GI,食完會好快又餓過。一次行入das gute望梅止渴的時候,見到佢有個牌介紹佢哋幾款德國麵包。回家上網search先知原來das gute主打德國麵包。其中德國裸麥包比較高纖高蛋白質,而且比普通麵包更低GI更健康,於是就決定搵日lunch買嚟試下。das gute有兩種差唔多嘅包,袋裝嘅叫德國裸麥合桃提子包;冇包裝,獨立個裝嘅好似叫裸麥合桃提子包。我上網見到人話有 "德國" 兩字呢款口感紮實啲, 比較貼近德國包風味,於是買咗呢隻。(買嘅時候真係要睇清楚啲,我都差啲買錯)袋裝半個包賣$18,有6大片,我一餐lunch食3片,可以分兩餐食。我依家買食物一定會睇成份同營養標籤。呢隻包唔似超市啲大牌子加好多糖, 添加劑同化學成分,夠健康!原先睇人地食評話裸麥包口感硬,味道微酸,都驚自己食唔慣。不過食落發現好好食!提子乾為個包加添甜味,合桃就增加口感。提子乾同合桃個比例都非常好,每啖都食到有提子乾或合桃。因為個包夠紮實又低GI,所以就算只係食三大片都夠飽,而且我好中意呢種紮實嘅口感。雖然呢餐只係食包好似dry咗啲, 不過其實都補充到纖維同蛋白質。準備多一杯牛奶或豆奶飲就更perfect~ (好似變左早餐....)餐餐食就唔會啦, 間中健康下都好嘅
