中午來到淺水灣，放眼就是一排餐廳。最不顯眼的算是這間了。它門面比較窄，從外面看入裡面不覺得特別寬敞，而且放了一堆樽裝飲料擋住門口……不過進去了就覺得還好，只是位置比較窄，之後上菜時檯面都很擠。這裡的意粉做得好，不過還是被青口搶了風頭，重點就在醬汁。嚴格來說，上菜次序錯了。因為青口是所謂的開胃菜，所以率先抵達。青口本身很鮮甜，肉質彈牙，而致勝關鍵是濃郁的醬汁把鮮味帶上另一個層次。意粉質地非常好，軟中帶彈性，一百分。不過就是它的醬料比青口的醬料淡很多，味道差了一截，非常可惜。最後我們用青口的醬料混進去意粉裡面才能解決。餐廳應該作循序漸進的安排，讓食客吃完淡的才吃濃的。門面改善一下都可以吸引多些食客。

Went on a sunny day to chill and enjoy the nice weather plus good food.  The restaurant is cozy and food is fairly priced.- Mixed vegetable soup: the portion size is just right and it came with 2 slices of warm bread- Tagliatelle bolognese: it was al dente (believe it’s handmade) and went well with the homemade sauceHeard the area is quite crowded at night so be sure to make a reservation during dinner time.

叫左2 個risotto, 3 個pasta and 1 個 薯條. 10分鐘左右拎咗薯條同嘢飲嚟，之後20分鐘冇嘢食嚟過。見到另外2枱遲過我哋入嚟既都食緊意粉，燒雞。問咗佢哋，佢哋check 完order 話有嚟緊，之後等多成10幾分鐘先有嘢食，肯定漏咗單。遲嚟過我哋嗰枱食完走得我哋先食！唔好意思都冇句！個risotto D飯勁生，肯定求其趕住出未煮熟就拎出嚟！仲有見佢門口棟左個牌有隻酒寫住$50 杯，諗住平平哋試吓，order 嗰時waiter 冇講咩，之後埋單係$90 杯，再睇番個牌係角落寫住 To Go, 當我哋冇睇清楚但waiter 見我哋指住個牌order 呢隻洒時應該講聲係拎走先係呢個價錢！個杯酒絕對只值$50 ！好唔老實！又貴又唔好食，絕對唔會再嚟！

🔹Mussels $170😋😋😋😋原本以為係小青口，點知係大青口😳青口煮得剛剛好熟，perfecto💯用左一個番茄白酒做個汁，好惹味😋用麵包沾醬食都好正😝 可惜個麵包太平凡，無口感無味道可言，有d似海綿，純用黎吸汁😂🔹Penne alla Vodka $150😋😋😋😋😋好耐無出#感動出品 呢個堅好食😭呢個pasta只用3樣野做個醬，番茄醬、cream、vodka👍🏻 但係出乎意料地好味🤩意粉煮到al dente💯 茄味超濃郁，唔會太酸，因為落左cream平衡左酸味亦更香滑👍🏻醬汁稠度剛剛好，掛汁得黎又唔會膩🤤上年睇一個YouTuber教煮呢個意粉，本身覺得興趣不大，覺得只係普通無餸的茄汁意粉🤷🏻‍♀️直至一次係另一餐廳食過後，愛上了❤️而今次呢間餐廳煮得好食好多🥰雖然好簡單無配料但真係無敵好食，未試過唔會明😌 好似話係因為vodka高濃度酒精激活左番茄的濃郁香氣，大家真係要試下😝🔹Mixed Seafood Risotto $195米粒煮得好perfecto💯 我覺得呢度個廚拿捏時間好準確，呢個飯都煮到好al dente (可能唔適合咁形容😂)，好有咬口又唔會係似食生米有胃痛感覺🤣味道都好

I would say this is the most worthy restaurant in the pulse, not that I tried all restaurants there just that the price is the most competitive and the taste was good. My friend and I ordered half dozen of oyster, mixed seafood risotto, medium rare sirloin and 2 glasses of house red and white each. 星期六同朋友入淺水灣抖下氣，傾下心事，誰不知天氣好，淺水灣多人到一個點。想搵一間餐廳食嘢都有點難，每間都要等。既然要等，就揀一間比較吸引嘅餐廳。呢間主多西式，侍應都好好，知多人就leave contact number後，到有位就打俾我地。餐廳唔係好大，但坐得都幾舒服，食物水準不過不失總括ok

今年疫情搞到冇得去旅行，我諗唔到去邊，咁就入淺水灣行吓啦，好耐冇去多咗啲新嘅商場、餐廳，天氣好熱又好晒，要搵個地方食晏，朋友話呢間意大利餐廳Fratelli唔錯就入去喇餐廳係open area,去得淺水灣就唔好諗住嘆冷氣喇，餐廳都算幾有情調，可以對住個海慢慢食咁熱叫咗兩杯strawberry milkshakes & chocolate Milkshakes @$50, 可惜唔夠凍又淡，早知叫罐可樂好過籃麵包係免費嘅，連醋一起上檯，ok喇Lasagna $160，多點芝士會好味點Mixed Seafood Risotto $195, 啲飯真係好多海鮮（青口、魷魚、蝦), 海鮮都算新鮮，蝦是爽口的，相對意大利飯份量就比較少，名正言順餸多過飯，個意大利飯又幾有咬口，唔錯總括來講不過不失啦，不過就引唔起我返轉頭嘅興趣，試過咪算囉🤷🏻‍♀️

We arrived the restaurant ard 6:30pm without reservation and 2-3 tables were occupied at that time. We sat near the door to enjoy the sunset and look around the people chilling out with their dogs. Called ahead to book a table next to the door because we were bringing our dog along. The restaurant confirmed it was alright to bring the dog too. We got there 15 minutes late and while we acknowledged that that was our fault, we noticed that there were only three tables by the door (that allow dogs) - all three where about halfway through their meals. On Christmas Eve, my hubby and I wanted to go to somewhere quiet and chillaxing, so we headed to Stanley to spend our afternoon and had our dinner at Repulse Bay.Just as what we expected, it was not crowded at all here at Repulse Bay. There were only two of us when we entered this restaurant at 6 sth.We had Mussels, Roasted Spring Chicken, Pappardelle Porchini and Tiramisu.We were served bread with balsamic vinegar and olive oil before our food arrived. Both the salad and pasta were good! The service was excellent too. Highly recommended for everyone.
