I have been a long time online dining platform user... most experiences have been positive except... this oneAs it was 1:00am alot of the restaurant choices on online dining platform was limited, so I decided to try Fratelli which seemed decent out of the whole list. 4.3 Stars LOL.Ordered 2x meatballs cause i love meatballs, 1 lasanaga, 1 bruschetta, and 1 roasted potatoes. As it was 1:00am alot of the restaurant choices on online dining platform was limited, so I decided to try Fratelli which seemed decent out of the whole list. 4.3 Stars LOL.
Ordered 2x meatballs cause i love meatballs, 1 lasanaga, 1 bruschetta, and 1 roasted potatoes. Was pretty happy when the order came cause it was quick (another red flag, quick at 1:00pm, on online dining platform , means they not busy).
Opened the first container, meatballs. Drenched in tomato sauce, looks normal, took a bite, it was even firmer than my mattress. Strings of cheese inside or whatever that was, and the tomato sauce had no depth. Just tomato sauced probably poured from a can. And this was when I was hungry, so i think im being quite lenient.
Second, opened the lasanga container. Looked pretty good, always like pasta with alot of cheese. Took a bite, i kid you not, the pasta felt like i was eating flip flops, and the sauce was sour (the gone bad type of sour). These delicate thin sour flip flops was definitely the worst thing i have ate since 2005 when i had clams gone bad that tasted like toilet at the old linguini fini in central
Third, opened the bruschetta container. Starting to feel like i was playing secret santa with myself, didnt know if the gift was going to be good or bad. Behold, the best dish out of all. Just tomatoes and buratta. Luckily they were both fresh, at least that shows they aren't really gimping on those ingredients. Best thing is they didnt need to do anything to them, tomatoes, buratta and balsamic vinegar, no cooking involved!!! no wonder it was decent
The last box, the LOL box i call. The potatoes, They tried to secretly organize all the potatoes on the nicer side (non burnt) but when i flipped them over like pancakes, all the potatoes were burnt. I just finished watching chernobyl and it could definitely give the reactor a run for its money when i say they scorched the potatoes with flamestrike. They were so dark my black wallet looked white. Lets not even mention the taste.
This is by far the worst meal / delivery i ever had, and would want everyone to stay away from this place. There is a reason, why its always empty when you walk by
