The server packed them well with an ice bag and a thick polyester plastic wrap. Then she put the whole thing into 2 paper bags! She told me that the dried ice could last around 45 min. I put the whole thing into another proper ice-cream bag to keep cold and the ice-cream cups were still in good shape when I went indoors after 45 min. Independently wrapped paper spoons were given to me as well when I bought. Packaging looked very nice.I tried the Milk Chocolate & Chocolate Chip cup. The chocolate ice cream itself was ok with nothing special. There were plentiful chocolate chips in the ice cream. However, quality wise, it was really not worth the price. Soft serve was much better.
