好多人話，素食一D都唔好食，冇肉係唔夠味既，但事實又係咪咁呢？爲左探求呢個答案，屈小姐今日帶左賴生黎到《Home Eat to Live》呢間好有意義既餐廳呢間餐廳係賣素食既（包括五辛，蛋及奶），坐落係中環街市斜對面，樓高2層，採用落地玻璃加原木色做主題，開揚得黎令人感覺好舒服，而窗口位置更加有梳化/吧枱/普通木枱比客人有唔同既Gathering選擇，從落地玻璃滲入既自然光好靚好舒服，映照落屈小姐(or你中意既人)身上面，份外美麗（令賴生忍唔住偷影左好多張相仲影到比屈小姐話添）另一方面，不得不提既，係餐廳對環境保護既用心。當你一打開Menu，你會發現佢每樣野食都用動物去命名，好似Clouded Leopard、Siberian Tiger、Silky Sifaka等等，每個名稱其實就係一種瀕臨絕種既生物。普遍既人講食素可以保護環境，減低對地球既負擔，而《Home eat to live 》就巧妙地配搭瀕臨絕種動物既命名，將素食緊扣環境保育，好有心思。而且餐廳用上再造紙比客人當紙巾用，更加分設4個垃圾筒將唔同物料既垃圾分類，營商之餘同時做埋環境保護，素食係一種生活既態度，只要去做，其實大

Environment is nice but that's the only positive. Overpriced and not tasty at all. Don't bother visiting! There are plenty of other better vegan/veggie friendly restaurants in Hong Kong, HOME is not one of them. Really disappointed seeing as I expected HOME to be great as they specialise in catering for vegans and vegetarians.

綠色食品不一定等於淡而無味或難食、也不一定是毫無選擇。中環的lunchtime，這家主打素食 & super food 的西餐廳總是座無虛席。餐廳格調以木為主，充滿原始環保感覺，與餐牌上的各種raw food相映成趣。Burger 🍔 份量大、味道多層次，配以新鮮沙律菜。炸蕃薯條有驚喜！🍽😋番薯本身味道甜再加上少量鹽及少量調味粉。甜甜鹹鹹在味蕾之間遊走。而且份量夠多，一份combo有六條，much more than enough for a satisfactory lunch size 😋

办公室楼下的不二选择。每一种食物都是有机健康。每次必点的是自由配搭卷饼和烤甜薯。自由配搭的食材里我又钟爱烤蘑菇，烤甜茭，火箭菜，鷹咀酱，芝士，配酱更是每一种都好吃，我常蒜香酱，如果下午要见客户就选香草酱。烤甜薯外脆内香软，口感十分满足，配蒜香酱吃更有一种特色。ps每次来这间餐厅看到的都是好多帅哥美女

人大了，對沙律，生機飲食開始有興趣，在中環做完Gym，餓了，就會想到這裡。一個人要了小份沙律加Nurish一杯，定價150多，其實是貴的，但自己喜歡又有什麼辦法呢。來到店裡都已經晚上9點多了，沙律菜，配料還是很新鮮，不會有黃葉那些情況出現，記得上次吃大碗份量實在太多，今次半碗剛剛好，而Nurish帶有淡淡的咖啡味，加上棗，其他配料打成汁，一口氣就喝了大半杯。說實話，這間和Mana 我都喜歡，想舒服就選這裡，Mana有戶外，能不能抽煙就不清楚，價格大家都差不多，供應的食物也相類似。希望中環可以有更多這類型的選擇，價錢可以更相宜一些。

Been meaning to try this place as it's huge and we always pass by it on de voeux road. Upon entering, my first reaction was wow! This really does feel like a comfy home. Came here with my wife and toddler and it was quite empty on a Sunday afternoon which was nice. We got the elephant bowl and also the avocado burger and both overall both were tasty. I like the detox and fibers combo in Home, sitting at the sofa in the sun is the best way to spend Sat afternoon. Prices a bit high. Taste good, yet I recommend eliminating the sauce for healthy on diet ppl. The earth bowl offered too much carbs. Salads are pretty fresh, yet no other protein except for boiled eggs. Try the leaves flatbread, chunky and refreshing!

在中環返工的素食朋友成日講呢間HOME Eat to Live，好奇心驅使下，這天經過自然要試吓。這個兩層高的店子空間感唔錯，感覺幾舒服。叫個flatbread試吓，這個Clouded Leopard內餡有羽衣甘藍、菇及奄列等，個flatbread真係食得出係新鮮整，難得食落又唔會好寡，單叫都五、六十元，中環來講吃素的餐廳中，唔算好貴。平心而論，此店味道不算美食級，但感覺到食物真的好organic，吃完唔會有負慮（可能係唔夠飽的關係），如果是大食人士可能未必啱。

今晚是冬至，我獨自一人到餐廳用餐。點了一個White Rhino Burger Combo, 滿心期待地等候，過了十分鐘左右即可享用。漢堡份量頗大，但太油膩了。包身像泡過油般，餡料有main grain and pumpkin patty, patty原本口感已軟軟的，加上油滋滋的包身，油膩口感更為突出。Vegan cheese 有點鹹，但勉強能接受。Herb sauce 辣勁十足，略嫌喧賓奪主。總之整個漢堡只有辣味和油膩感，着實令人失望！接著是炸番薯條，我之前光顧過，最為欣賞其香脆不油膩的炸番薯條。但這次的卻毫不脆口，又一次像泡過油般，完全不能接受！！！！！！！沙律味道不過不失，沒有驚喜，唯一慶幸這是晚餐中較清新的，可以平衡一下油膩的口腔。此店一直是素食筆者最喜愛的餐廳，雖然昂貴，但高水準的食物屢次吸引筆者光顧，筆者更打算聖誕節與朋友到訪，向她們推廣素食。然而這次不快的用餐經歷已令筆者徹底失去信心。

有朋友介紹所以lunch就去左試下，我今日就食左一個SALAD(Small) + Mushroom Soup + Toast =$138Lemur Leap Frog Salad (Small) - $78個醬好特別好match，係好襯架～少少柚子感覺係沙律醬～另外面個ｄ脆脆唔好睇少丫，都係精華黎架，將佢地撈勻先食零舍爽yy!當然至開心ge係呢個salad有牛油果所以點食都覺得好食～haha雖然佢配好比你ge款唔多，但係其實可以自己揀款架~加配左個Mushroom soup，好大碗，真係好飽肚，建議可以搵人share～佢唔係得湯，仲有好多似係素ge材料撈埋o係入面。至於個toast，雖然加$15先有，都幾貴，不過真係好味，夠香夠脆又熱～朋友食左個half ge wrap~佢話好正丫，不過我病左冇食到，下次試下先～

之前在中環返工，經常憂心沒有好地方吃午餐，新開的home eat to live 素食，坐落在大馬路，很是方便。店鋪裝修好靚，木系格調，溫暖舒服。店鋪分有兩層，地下主要賣輕食，salad、甜品和飲品。上層主要熱食，也因如此，上層煮食味道強烈，倘若非處商業中心區，找個露天店鋪，陽光微風，吹散煙味，更好。番薯條素食朋友推介炸番薯條，這個午餐，就只點兩個番薯條外賣。雖然名叫是炸物，實際是烘不是炸的，沒有油膩感，而且番薯比薯仔更有營養。番薯條厚切和角切，份量足夠，那個漿汁，非普通之物，乳酪質感，檸檬香草洋蔥入味，還有秘密材料，十分惹味，朋友太喜愛這漿汁，EXTRA SOURCE 竟然要EXTRA $12，真是 矜貴。
