Restaurant Week Summer 2024 Lunch set見到評分唔錯,所以去試下整體野食都好唔錯,服務都唔錯👍🏼雖然個set係198/per person,但我哋都不停加野好似都食咗千頭🤣🤣•入到餐廳個環境都幾有驚喜,好特別,呢個係Bar位上菜前會有枝豆前菜我哋揀咗Corn Tempura,好好味,好甜好脆好香👍🏼+$48 Beef Tataki,個汁幾好食,不過感覺就無咁特別+$128 1位wine pairing覺得佢配得都唔錯,雖然叫咩野食都係定咗既酒🤣+$28/oyster,雖然唔大隻,但幾creamy新鮮👍🏼+$108 Sushi Platter,個樣平平無奇但味道唔錯Salmon Teriyaki 煮得好嫩滑,肉質唔錯Chicken Teriyaki Crunch印象中正常,唔太特別+$38 Kuromitsu Cheesecake 呢個好出色,佢整熱咗中間係流心,好好好食!好香芝士味,好滑Yuzu Sorbet估唔到佢有咁多生果,幾有誠意個Yuzu味都好出,幾好味

Plus, if you’re planning a fun gathering with 10 or more friends or family, you won’t want to miss the awesome deal of 2 eat FREE during brunch or dinner until Sep 30!𝗟𝗼𝗯𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 & 𝗪𝗮𝗴𝘆𝘂 𝗗𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝘁 (𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟲𝟮𝟴 𝗽𝗽)You can never go wrong with this irresistible surf & turf combo 🦞🥩 and we guarantee you’ll delightfully stuffed by the end of this gastronomic dinner𝘈𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘵𝘪𝘻𝘦𝘳𝘴All 4 were served together for sharing- 𝙇𝙤𝙗𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝘾𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙧- a hot roasty rice cracker with succulent lobster meat topped with red caviar and dipped into the truffle miso mayo on the side, simply chef’s kiss- 𝘾𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙥𝙮 𝙏𝙤𝙛𝙪 𝙎𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙙- the red onion ponzu gave the leaves a refreshing zing while the crispy tofu had a satisfying contrast to its smooth interior- 𝙒𝙖𝙜𝙮𝙪 𝙏𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙞- this was a bit spicy with the chorizo oil shining through the tosazu, but loved how the toasted rice balls and shishito pepper gave more texture to the raw meat- 𝙀𝙙𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙢𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙎𝙚𝙖 𝙎𝙖𝙡𝙩- a simple classic but a goodie𝘚𝘶𝘴𝘩𝘪 & 𝘚𝘢𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘮𝘪4 kinds of sashimi and sushi each beautifully plated on an instagrammable boat. We particularly enjoyed the palatable sushi garnishes, such as the black garlic with seared salmon and the hamachi plum. The fried prawn maki roll was jam packed with flavor (the chilli jam packs a spicy punch though) while the pickled carrot added a nice bite𝘔𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘴If you’re torn between the 5 options, go for the 𝙒𝙝𝙤𝙡𝙚 𝙂𝙧𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙙 𝙇𝙤𝙗𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧 (+HKD168). The sweet sea-fresh meat was coated in garlic miso butter and easily detachable. After squeezing some fresh lemon juice on top, dip it into the seasonings for an extra depth of umami flavor. The vinegar was our fave while the sweetness of the soy sauce was a bit strong for our taste and we skipped the wasabi altogether.We also got the 𝙋𝙧𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝙒𝙖𝙜𝙮𝙪 𝙍𝙞𝙗𝙚𝙮𝙚(200g) in medium rare, which was ultra tender and had a rich buttery flavor that hardly needed any salt or shichimi. First time to eat steak with chopsticks too!And if you’re not full yet, there’s also a zesty yuzu coleslaw salad and a bowl of fried rice with a blend of seasonings. 𝘋𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘵Their 𝙈𝙖𝙩𝙘𝙝𝙖 𝙇𝙖𝙫𝙖 is one of the main reasons we’re obsessed with this place! That slightly crunchy crust was even better than we remembered~
