平時好日都唔去一次半山今日好熱但俾我發現左呢間餐廳都唔錯架意大利嘢成日都食但正宗嘅就唔係度度都有菜式都即叫即整新鮮！慢慢睇住佢將啲料鋪滿個pizza幾滿足呀除左食仲有得買好似bio fruit tea, cold cut,芝士等等🧀🧀🧀仲有雪糕賣架添wo！是日推介一定係千層麵拉曬絲咁熱辣辣，牛肉味強，幾正食唔到太多澱粉質🤣🤣🤣🤣但個tasting menu入面確實有多個肉丸意粉鐘意食甜品嘅你啱曬啦chocolate mousse 似食左排朱古力咁Panna cotta好滑奶香幾重不過就較甜

ilBelPaese係一間意大利餐廳，餐廳出邊仲有好多意大利食物可以購買，仲有Gelato添！我哋去咗堅道嗰間，喺商店行多兩步入去餐廳，我覺得呢度裝修好有特色，有種去咗歐洲小店嘅感覺。 呢度嘅食物會逐樣逐樣上，真係好似去咗旅行咁，所以要預留返多啲時間去享受。乜都未上之前有麵包同橄欖油，我哋仲飲咗意大利Galvania果汁，好味。Burrata Pugliese嚟自南部意大利芝士，Burrata入口即溶，好香滑同埋creamy。仲有火箭沙律同埋有兩款蕃茄仔，細隻啲比較甜。Spaghettoni Meat Balls好味嘅肉醬意粉，麵條比較煙靭，蕃茄汁偏甜。牛肉豬肉丸好大粒又夠juicy。La Nostra Lasagna好耐冇食加菲貓最鍾意嘅千層麵啦，俾我上次食嗰個好食好多！可以食到佢層次分明，麵嘅部份夠滑，中間仲有好多parmesan芝士做到拉絲嘅效果，牛肉醬都好足夠。Parma Ham Pizza有芝士、巴馬臣芝士、巴馬火腿、火箭菜，呢個配搭一流。Pizza底好香脆，鋪滿芝士，火腿同菜都好多，好香。Panna Cotta估唔到甜品咁大份！奶味好香，甜度適中，可以溝埋有啲酸酸地嘅士多啤

Long time no ice cream😼First time trial of this shop Ice cream🤓the menu said the ice cream are all from Italy😇Not sure the staff is Italian or not, but he is so passionate and chilled that makes every customers so happy😆All gelato is from 🇮🇹 I chose tiramisu and pistachio 😊Tiramisu is a must-try. Sweet and creamy. It simply melts in mouth and tastes like an actual tiramisu cake 😼Pistachio is so so to me.

門外有個大大的gelato模型，好吸睛，又想食。去歐遊時天天也吃大大球的gelato，顏色七彩繽紛，口味選擇非常多，好懷念。今日吃番球，就當去旅行啦！意式冰淇淋 Gelato 是一種源自意大利的甜品，有好多種口味，il Bel Paese 的homemade traditional gelato是天然製作，牛奶成份比雪糕低，水果含量相對高。這兒都有多種口味，咖啡、雲呢拿、椰子、芒果、士多啤梨、檸檬、開心果等，我喜歡開心果味道，好濃郁的果仁香，gelato的質地幼滑，不會太甜，甜品控的我又點可以錯過。

The team at this place are always friendly but busy. Today was our second time to have dinner here. We wanted pasta and we tried here before and wanna come back.The chowder soup was good and the caprese salad was small portion.There were four choices for the main course in the dinner set menu ($135). We chose two pasta (linguine and ravioli) and one meat (ribeye +$28). The pasta were particularly good and the ribeye was tender with mild seasoning. 當天的心情靚靚 , 午餐就落腳在位於 半山 - 堅道 的 il Bel Paese, 吃意大利菜 ~Osso Buco served with Saffron Risotto : 外表看似平凡 , 但吃落去就感覺有一點點驚喜 , 這個risotto 的飯煮得煙煙靭靭 , 咬口感極佳 , 牛仔肉的軟綿、腍滑 , 牛肉香與紅酒汁的味道在口腔裏混然一體的感覺 , 實在是微妙 ~要配搭這道貌不驚人 , 卻又十分好吃的 Osso Buco served with Saffron Risotto , 就是一杯濃濃的 Expresso, 不過 Sorry .... 筆者忘了拍下這杯 Expresso 的相片 ~本篇完 ~
