I do agree with "SOMEONE". The service is really bad. I didn't physically experience it but on the phone. This is the story:I tried to order from them and would like to pick the orders up by sb. One of the waiter picked up the phone and he told me he has to ask if his supervisor (is the supervisor the god?) allows to do such an order; then I asked if he can put his supervisor on the phone but he said he went to the bank and will be back in 10mins. I called back after 10mins, the so-called superv
I tried to order from them and would like to pick the orders up by sb. One of the waiter picked up the phone and he told me he has to ask if his supervisor (is the supervisor the god?) allows to do such an order; then I asked if he can put his supervisor on the phone but he said he went to the bank and will be back in 10mins. I called back after 10mins, the so-called supervisor picked up the phone without a "Hello" or "Good Morning" and I tried to explain to him what I would like to do and order. He just said we are now very busy and will not take order. I was so considerate, I told him that he can take the order first and do whenever the kitchen is ready coz I would need it 1.5 hour later. I was not rushing them and he raised his voice and keep saying no.
Well... "No" is not a magic word and there was 0% of customer service.
Conclusion: He will never get business from me anymore that perhaps means including the people around me. Keep that attitude and will see the power of WOM (word of mouth). We will see...
