Really enjoyed my lunch here, Wife and Kid (5y old) enjoyed it 2! Since you can pick all ingredients for the sandwich yourself, there's no going wrong here, just mockup your own combination of fresh ingredients. Yhis is sandwich t the next level. Did not try the salads, but from what I saw going around they looked very good to me. If you have the time, order some fries on the side, they're delicious!

Knead leaves a bad taste in my mouth - and that is just the customer service. Really bad experience - the staff there just didnt give a f about anything. Didn't have the food but after the encounter I was no longer hungry. #kneadcustomerservicetraining

Was walking from Sai Ying Pun to Central after my soy matcha latte and found this cute place's genuine offer.$60 for standard sandwich with 1 main and 2 sides. $65 for standard salad with 1 main and 2 sides. I had this set veggie salad with roasted pumpkin, bell peppers and lettuce with pesto sauce, ingredients are fresh, just with there's a bit more salt or seasoning. $65 well worth and much better than $50+ salad I get from Pret A Manger.Kind of surprised and definitely coming back.

日前在蘇杭街這個上環食肆集中兼兵家必爭之地，經過這間三文治店Knead，被其新派型格的裝修吸引，即本吃小許東西嘗嘗。點了一個牛腩芝士三文治，麵包用rye裸麥，牛肉撕開變得易咬（應為了配合三文治），烤後芝士溶化，雖然有點邪惡，但呢個帶fusion感覺的三文治真係幾好食。看看其menu，其實這店子三文治的麵包及配料可以自選。不過平均要六、七十元可說貴了點，加上份量偏少，當下午茶或女仔食會OK，但像我般的大食男可能會不夠飽。

I have ordered the chicken schnitzel sandwich and the quality of the ingredients is good, the deep fried chicken was well cooked and bread also good with sesame seeds. The only critics that I might say is the yellowish sauce,I think it was the butter one, which wouldn't be so appropriate for this sandwich because it doesn't give the right accent to the whole sandwich. 這間新開的三文治小店就在Office附近，由幾位外籍女生打理，平時都見到很多外國人走過來幫襯，今日帶埋小松松來試一試這裏的三文治。小店走簡約路線，我們和小松松就坐在巴枱位置。在眾多選擇中，我點了薄片牛肉法包三文治。牛肉的份量也不至於太少，肉味濃郁，而且亦保持濕潤。火箭菜的用料明顯不是太高級的貨色，但以這個價錢來說還可以。法式麵包卻令人大失所望，一點也不脆，需要花上很大的氣力才能把它咬斷，也太韌了吧⋯⋯飲品方面我們只點了一杯熱綠茶，味道是出奇的好，這裏是用茶葉來泡茶的，綠茶味非常之清香！我們在這裏坐了大概20分鐘，眼見也有不少外國人走過來幫襯，吃件三文治，飲杯咖啡。雖然裏的食物不太合我的個人口味，但我仍然會回來的，加油啊！

這陣子早放，當然要找一間舒適的餐廳休息，吸收一下大地靈氣。感覺上工作壓力不算太大，但身體時常響起警號。放大假時能夠掂８，亦即睡到８點才醒。到了假期尾聲，６點多便會醒，腦海不斷浮起工作的事情，不能停止。通常便選擇起床，喝杯咖啡，做做家務。這些習慣告訴我，壓力應該不少呢。難得下午不用上班，要珍惜一下，給自己一點力量。今天選的餐廳是開業不久的knead。knead應該是揉搓麵包粉團的意思吧，這裡就是以麵包為主。與外面的店一些少不相同，knead麵包的配搭較為自由多款，與just salad有點相似。因此，knead的賣點是可製作自己喜好的三文治。餡料的選擇頗多，應該令選擇困難症的人頗為頭痛。包款也有數款呢，哈哈。我的包款是quinoa & grains，一向鍾愛quinoa，家中也是以quinoa做主食。quinoa同grains這兩款元素加中包中，主要為包增添咬口，味道上不會有太大分別。因而要用更多牙力去咀嚼麵包呢。餡料中，主食可選一款，有魚類、肉類和芝士。另外可選兩款配菜，選擇頗多。南瓜和紅菜頭也有呢！可選擇加入醬汁，而蕃茄、青瓜和菜則可免費加添。熱愛素菜的我當然加了蕃茄、青瓜和菜，沒有
